This company really delivers on the perfect reason to shop locally. They have a wide range of goods, well priced AND offered with an A1 personal service. In our case, an excellent washing machine was chosen, ordered and installed in 48 hours. Two gentlemen called Brian and Sam dropped the machine off, fitted it and carted ours away with them - all achieved politely and efficiently. Perfect!

Brian and Sam delivered and fitted our Sensis washing machine today. They were both courteous, friendly and very helpful throughout the process of removing and taking away our old washing machine and then installing the new machine. They spent time with us going through the user instructions and offered hints and tips to get the most out of our new machine. Thoroughly recommended.

I purchased a NEFF microwave built in oven from Stuart Westmoreland Loughborough. The item was perfect as the pre telephone call made, had told me.
The service in store was polite and professional. The advice given re other products was welcomed, as it didn’t feel at any time I was being pressured into buying. The in store experience was refreshing. As the staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I live in Nottingham but would be more than happy to make a return visit for my next electrical item!

I should be on their Christmas card list. I’ve purchased a TV, washing machine and now a tumble dryer. Their prices are comparable to other retailers and their customer service is second to none.

Brian + Sam did a really good job setting up our dishwasher especially as we didn’t have the right pipes to install it with! They got everything sorted and working for us regardless (even in the presence of our very annoying greyhound haha), could not have asked for a better experience. The greyhound is heartbroken that they’ve left her but thankfully she doesn’t have the thumbs to write a review. Great work, would recommend.

Brian & Sam went above and beyond to help us with the delivery and fitting of our dishwasher. They gave us notice of their ETA and were trying to be extra quiet so they didn’t wake our baby!

Had a new fridge freezer delivered today, bearing in mind I’m on the fourth floor in a block of apartments. Brian and Sam delivered it with smiles on their faces.

Just dealt with this company on Ebay, there was an issue with the product which was not their fault but the manner in which they dealt with us is best summarized, they said "3 to 5 working days to process your refund " after they had already received the item back. We challenged them on this to which they quickly refunded our money and responded they were really doing us a favour as it was within Ebay rules allocated 2days. Otherwise it would have been a week later before we would have received our money back. Thankfully Ebay policy protects buyers from any sort of duplicitous behaviour. The one thing which drew us to dealing with them was their extraordinary rating on Ebay as with here on Trustpilot nearly perfect score card, I honestly would question this as a statistical unlikelyhood of 99.8% rating from +11,000 sales on Ebay. Maybe next time just refund the customer their money immediately when you receive your product back instead of holding on to it until it suits you the seller.

Excellent advice when choosing a new washing machine. The installation team were experienced and efficient, they managed to connect everything in a tight space. An overview of the machines functions and tested for water coming into the machine and exiting. I paid for our old machine to be taken away and for fitting of the new one. Worth every penny. I would highly recommend Stuart Westmoreland.
