Very good experience. From start to finish. Ordered Friday, delivered Monday. Melton Mowbray shop very well layed out with helpful staff. Delivery guys Brian and Sam. Very approachable and polite. A definite 5 star.

We required new washing machine as old one was 18 years old. We went to Westmorlands in Loughborough, were we shown all the washing machines and how they worked.It was delivered by Matt and Matt, s few problems in fitting which he resolved. Stuart Westmoreland branch in Melton Mowbray are a Euronics dealership. We have used them on and off over the past 8 years or so.
Their customer service is excellent.
Crucially they have a Team of Appliance fitters who are always very polite and efficient. We would like to give special mention to Brian (fitter) via Melton Mowbray who has replaced and fitted our last 2 items (BLOMBERG washer dryer + July 2025 a new Beko dishwasher. Nothing is too much trouble for him.

A smooth and problem free experience from start to finish. The item we wanted was in stock and could’ve been installed in 48 hours if we had wanted. The installers arrived on the date agreed and on time. If they did encounter any problems, they resolved them without any fuss. Excellent service all round.

Needed a washing machine at short notice and went to the local store on recommendation

I found their website so easy to use. Being an over 60, & not very good with online shopping, I was so glad that this was easy. I found what I wanted, managed to compare different models and order & pay for the new vacuum cleaner with no problem. The despatch was very quick, I ordered on Wednesday, 18/06/25 and I received my order today, Friday, 20/06/25. I would recommend this website for all things electrical.

Very helpful, friendly and efficient. My built-in freezer broke down and I needed a replacement quickly. I tried a large retailer but they couldn't help. Stuart Westmoreland made it easy and within two days my new freezer was up and running. The cupboard doors now line up perfectly too, which they never did before!

Had to buy a replacement dishwasher. Called in the Loughborough store 2/6/25 met with knowledgeable and courteous staff. Found the replacement and told, next day delivery. On 3/6/25 got the call to say they were on their way. The installation team did their task, no mess, clear instructions given on using the new machine and again courteous in manner. They also wiped their feet before entering the house. Have always purchased our white goods from Stewart Westmorland and will continue to do so. Highly Recommend.

I bought a large kitchen appliance and received a brilliant service from shop to kitchen and all up and running in less than 4 hours.
Shop staff, friendly knowledgeable and considerate of my needs who offered a suitable selection with appropriate advice.
Delivery and installation was smoothly done with prior notice of arrival, considerate entry with due care shown and once installed, cleaned up and ran through controls with suitable safety advice. Thank you all

Great service as usual from the team. Called to let us know they were on there way.
Installed the induction hob and cleaned up after themselves.
Also had a washing machine and dryer and had great service which was why we returned.

Good stock to look at in the Melton Mowbray shop, very pleasant and helpful staff. Delivery organised and on time. They swapped the door hinges as planned, taking a bit longer than expected. Stayed friendly and helpful throughout.
