We ordered a new induction hob. I ordered it from the website which was simple to use. I was called immediately by the team who were really helpful and friendly and organised delivery. I was so impressed with Graham who talked me through the process.
Delivery was prompt and Brian and Sam were just AMAZING. Not come across two such great delivery guys ever before. Friendly and professional and knowledgeable. Our old hob was a bit tricky to get out but they got it out and wired in the new one with ease. Wonderful service. Can't praise them enough.

Excellent service and advice instore led to my new oven being installed inside 5 hours again by fitters who were able to give me lots of advice about using the appliance.

The two Gents, Ian and Graham were both top class. Both really friendly and both went above and beyond to make sure the job was done properly and quickly. The job was not an easy one at all but they swiftly worked around the obstacles and done a brilliant job. Can’t speak highly enough of both of them and would recommend to anyone.

Fantastic service from Andrew this week. He helped me choose a new washing machine and got it delivered in a couple of days. No fuss, good advice and help with registering the warranty too. Andrew was helpful and knowledgeable. Great service from the delivery guys too. All round a great place to use. Highly recommended.

We bought a range cooker from Westmoreland in Melton Mowbray. It transpired the original appliance was defective. Westmoreland unhesitatingly organised, delivered and fitted a replacement. Would not hesitate to recommend their service and after sales.

Recently had an integrated fridge replaced. Knowledgeable staff advice given with regards to need and budget carefully considered. In stock and supplied swiftly. Delivery was on-time and the fitters were courteous, knowledgeable, professional and respectful throughout. New one installed and old one (and packaging) taken away for recycling as appropriate. Family-oriented customer service, backed up with a much larger company’s buying power and lower pricing. Can’t recommend enough. Thank you to all at Stuart Westmoreland. Highly recommended.

Brilliant service. From Graham in the shop who arranged for the supply and fitting of my washing machine within a week, to Brian and Sam, who fitted my washing machine, were excellent. Fast and efficient installation and very knowledgeable and helpful about the appliance they fitted. Courteous and polite too.

I purchased two Sonos Era 300 speakers after SW were the most competitive across a vast range of company’s i looked a. I ordered them around 11am and received my confirmation e-mail soon after with full courier details and tracking number. Free next day delivery and both speakers were carefully and professionally handled to my door as promised.

I’ve been a customer for 25 years and even though we’ve moved house since, I wouldn’t buy my appliances from anywhere else. The service we receive from Graham, Chris and the team is second to none. The prices are competitive with anyone online and you get 5 star service thrown in for good measure, This time, they have excelled themselves by arranging a washing machine replacement at very short notice, when we were in Asia and it was delivered and fitted for when we returned home. Amazing service! If you want guaranteed confidence in quality and service, with great prices then these are the guys to go to. If I could give them 6 stars, I would.
