Great customer service from Graham at Stuart Westmoreland store in Melton. When I couldn’t find the double oven I needed online - went into the SW store to find the oven I needed on display. (Should have gone there first!!) Delivered and installed the following day by Brian and Sam who were very efficient and helpful. Shopping local has so many advantages - competitively priced and personal, quick service. Plus I got to see the oven before I purchased it. Highly recommend SW - will definitely use them again.

We bought an integrated dishwasher on Saturday and it was delivered on Monday. The staff were helpful and informative. The machine was installed today by Brian and Sam who were very helpful and friendly and took the time to explain everything and did not leave until everything was properly fitted and working properly .

They helped us choose the perfect oven, removed our old one for recycling, and installed the new unit—all at a very competitive price. I made a purchase of the Sonos Era 300 as this was the best price of all that I could find in the Black Friday sale. I also got extra money off with the Top Cashback App making it approx £320. It was very easy to order and I purchased the speaker on the Monday afternoon. By Weds early afternoon, DPD had delivered to Portishead and was well packaged and perfect.

Brian and Sam came to remove my old dishwasher and install a new one. They were both really helpful, taking time to get the installation just right and then explained how it worked before they left. I will definitely be using Stuart Westmoreland again and would highly recommend.

Called in Westmorland on Wednesday, ordered an integrated fridge which was delivered, installed and the old one taken away on the Friday by Brian and Sam who did a brilliant job. Why would you go anywhere else.

Excellent installation and care - the old machine was extremely difficult to remove due to poor installation of our fitted kitchen. They were persistent and communicated well throughout, eventually managing to remove the old machine and install my new shiny one. This is the second appliance I have bought from Stuart Westmoreland and I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone.
