I had to report a low water pressure issue that had been ongoing for sometime and appeared to be getting worse. The company dispatched Nicole 26/4/26 who was very polite and informed . I was given ref 14263814 and everything was explained. A few days later Leon and Ben arrived and carried out work in a very tidy manner on my property. Again very polite and informed.I was informed further work was needed..which took place a a week or so later..with complete road closures and excavations in the road to lay a new water pipe that was very much needed. All went very well and my issue is now resolved as far as I can tell. I was amazed at the speed this was carried out and my updates via text and on cards left when staff visited. I was recontacted by Nicole 5/5/26 to ensure there were no problems.I am very satisfied overall so thank you Severn Trent for a great job well done.. and thanks again to Nicole and the team involved.

I made the phone call to Severn Trent at 11:00 to be told that an engineer would arrive within 4hrs. Kieron Legg, engineer, phoned at 11:45 and arrived at 12:00 and sorted the seized stop tap within 30 minutes. From initial phone call to fixing the problem the company was reassuring, professional, prompt and friendly. Kieron was particularly efficient and talked me through what he was doing. A tricky job done well!

had a very positive experience with Stuart Weber from Severn Trent. From the moment he arrived, he was extremely professional, friendly, and easy to deal with. He took the time to clearly explain the issue and made sure I fully understood what needed to be done.
What really stood out was how quickly and efficiently he resolved everything. The issue was handled immediately, and his proactive approach gave me great confidence that it was being dealt with properly.

M Kozlowski and T Roche were very friendly and did a through job of checking what the issue was and advised me of next steps. Ref no: 14291305. As it was on private land they could not clear it as it is the owners responsibility but they located the issue and advised what I should. Very helpful.

Just had a visit from an engineer. Dave Long (14283502) who was extremely helpful. We had an issue with our new water bill following a meter being fitted. He diagnosed the problem within a few seconds and did test to confirm. He talked me through what I needed to do next. Excellent service and would recommend.
