Very prompt response to a blocked drain reported on 30/04/26 and cleared the next day. Follow up call from Paul on the Bank Holiday Monday to do an inspection and camera survey. Ensured that there no blockages and that the drain was clear flowing the full length. Arranged for new manhole cover with high priority. Very efficient and friendly service.

I can’t login. I keep getting sent a one time login link that I don’t want to use because I can’t view my previous history via this option.
I try and login another way, it doesn’t recognise my postcode or surname.
I’m going round in circles just trying to login.

After I discovered a drain which had sewage a few inches from the top, I called Severn Trent to report the issue on Friday 1 May just before lunchtime. The guarantee was to try and get someone out to my house within 24 hours. Pleasantly surprised that this commitment was held over the Bank Holiday weekend. On Saturday 2nd May, Service Engineer, Nicholas arrived in time shortly after 8am. He progressed to diagnose the blockage of the drain linking to the toilet which was having a high water level after flushing. Nicholas listened to my requirements and identified and resolved the blocked drain. Nicholas exhibited positive behaviours of customer service: patience, knowledge of his domain, determination to find a solution, standing alone and courage, putting the customer first. He portrays an excellent professional image for Severn Trent and Nicholas is a credit for the company. The blocked drain issue was fully resolved.

One call to Severn trent water help line led to call to Advisor Taylor who not only sorted out our problem with my profoundly deaf stepson with the water supply to his flat also another colleague went out after hours to make a call with water bottles a Ross Burton reference no 14291307 many thanks for the service Severn trent well done ,regards Mr Balch .

Had a phone conversation with Stuart Webber in regards to a leak I reported with the ref 14288569.
He was very informative and helpful and gave me the time to help explain to situation and what I’d seen when we found out the what 3 words was in the wrong place before then heading to the correct location rather than just dismissing it
