Easy to book. We didn't have any problems. The property was lovely. We had great holiday.

We enjoyed a great weekend stay at Salty Dog. Easy online booking and excellent updates with info finding the property etc. Excellent accommodation with all the little extras that make it feel like home. Easy parking for several cars. Very convenient location for local amenities and the beach. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay again.

Had a lovely time in this pretty little cottage close to the centre of Beccles. Easy online booking process and fully informed throughout. Property was exactly as described and pictured online. When a family emergency caused us to change plans, we were able to change the dates of our stay without penalty.

Just had online chat to reserve a property, excellent customer service extremely helpful.

Seascape Reydon is graded 4 star, it is at best 3 star. Far too cramped 4 bed which should only be 3. Filthy cooker, dirty toaster and kettle. Very old and scaled cutlery,very old scratched plates, very old scratched chopping boards. Kitchen surface needs resealing. 1 front window won't open properly the other doesnt even open. Front and back doors need adjusting, v hard to lock. Several blinds need repairing. Shared rear footpath which the builders 2 doors away keep leaving all the gates open. Might have been nice if suffolk secrets had told us builders were so close by.

Online booking and information were good and the cottage was lovely. However, I booked for 6 people and there were only 5 beds so we had to search the house for a spare mattress and extra bedding. When I emailed them about this they ignored me - no reply to acknowledge their error or apologise.

The Potting Shed
Very nicely appointed and very clean.

Within easy reach of Bury St. Edmunds. Very quiet area. Nice walks to Ickworth estate and a nice forest walk to Horringer. In easy reach of the coast and various National Trust estates.

The only oddity was that the internet wireless disconnected very late at night which meant our phone WiFi calling became inoperative as cell coverage in the area is patchy. It was not a problem for us but others may wish to take this into consideration depending on circumstances. The WiFi was back on when we awoke every morning.

We stayed during a heatwave 1st - 8th September 2023 and the property remained relatively cool. The decoration was very nice. The king size bed was firm and very comfortable.

Best stay we’ve had beautiful setting, great owner love love loved it. Pub v close minutes away great grub and ale.

From booking, to arrival, departure and post holiday the service from this company has been outstanding.

The website was very easy to navigate. Plenty of properties to choose from. Communication was good from booking, arrival and check out information was clear.

We found a wonderful cottage in Suffolk and our communication with the agent was easy and efficient.

Suffolk is a lovely county with attractive small villages and nice seaside locations. Staying in a country cottage gives one the peace and quiet and the opportunity to experience it and enjoy it.

Comfortable accommodation in great location

It was not what was written in their brochure it was what was not shown.This was a truly awful experience further let down by the Agent not taking responsibility when, clearly it was.

My husband and I have just spent a week in Wickham Market staying at Linnet Lodge. This one bedroom lodge had everything we needed. Very comfortable and clean, lovely bedroom, and bathroom. Lounge / Kitchen well equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with plenty to visit in the surrounding area.

The photos and descriptions of the flat were 100% accurate. The communication between Suffolk Secrets and myself were informative and helpful. And the landlord was extremely accommodating also.
I would 100% book again.

Booked last minute so had to ring up to book, very nice and polite lady on the phone, told they would ring back to let me know if it ok to stay at one of their property’s, waited along time. Only to find out they emailed me. It might be a good idea if you let people know that you will email so people won’t be waiting for a phone call as not everyone has their phone glued to them.
The cottage my family and I stayed in was The Muse, it was a comfortable stay after I spent the first day cleaning it, as the kitchen was filthy, the cups, plates, cups and cookware all needed a good wash, but they have a dishwasher so don’t understand why it was all dirty. I had to clean the fridge as it looked like it had never been cleaned and there was dead flies in it. You could tell they let dogs there as there was dog hair everywhere even in the bed. Bathroom walls are disgusting, it needs bleaching.
Luckily the weather was nice and we only used the house as a base, so we didn’t spend to much time there. But was okay.
