I'm writing to ask someone from summerhauls to get in touch with me about my order I placed on the 12/02/2021 I don't know whats the position with my order i didn't get an email from them I send them and email from my email address still no answer

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!!!!!!!!!! Don’t buy anything from this site!!! You will be sorry! This should be a -1 star, I’m in the same boat as so many others, I need to return the 2 items I got a week ago but no response from the Summerhauls folks. I feel so bad that any company , American or wherever want to send out fraudulent merchandise to make money. All I can say is my lesson is learned. I will read all reviews before buying on a company’s website

Beware. SCAM!! Don't bother buying from them. Pictures are NOT what you get at all! I ordered an embroidered blouse for $38. I got a cheap polyester type material (like raincoat material) with a PRINTED design. they would only refund me $8!!

I never received my item. I asked for a refund and filed a claim through PayPal. Now they are telling me I need to pay $97 to get my shirt from an unnamed warehouse. This company is a scam!

I purchased a men's suit on 10/12th. I have not received a tracking number. I have sent (3) emails and no replies. I have sent (4) messages via their website. I have (3) messages via their Facebook page. I have tried to setup a account on their website, tried forgot my password (3) times for a reset nothing. I do not believe this company is real. Scam!

I am trying to return a product and I can't get a hold of anyone on the other end. The email keeps returning as undeliverable and I can't find no number of customer service, by this point I don't even know if I will be able to return the item and I want my money back.

I ordered then checked reviews and now want my money returned because I have seen the crap Wish sends out and this sounds the same. I also got no email to confirm my order so I knew then I was probably being scammed. Please don't send your robotic response just send money back to my bank. I will try and cancel on my end but I really don't want you to send trash to me.

I placed an order a month ago and still have not received the order. I have emailed for a return my money no response. So I guess I'll take farther action with my Bank

Effectively a Chinese scam site. Ordered a jacket which was the wrong color and looked nothing like what was pictured. They do not offer returns or exchanges, and told us this was literally because the items had to be shipped from China. Offered a few dollars rather than exchange or refund the item.

I would not order anything from them, I ordered a sweater for my son senior pictures, I never did get my order, also I emailed them about my order or refund, never got a response, so I advice you not to order from them, Scam Alert

Why has this company not been shut down ??? I have read some of the recent reviews and they mirror my exact same experience back in 2020 when i had to get my bank to step in to assist with a full refund for goods not sent. THIS IS A TOTALLY FRAUDULENT COMPANY and I am amazed & staggered they are still operating. Please heed these reviews and DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY OR GIVE THEM ANY MONEY. They do not deserve any stars, if I could I would give them minus 5 ... actually make that minus 10. You have been warned so YOU HAVE NO ONE ELSE BUT YOURSELF TO BLAME IF YOU DO BUSINESS WITH THEM

Right after I placed an order the website stopped working for me, I’m not being able to sign in. They have deducted the money from my bank account but I haven’t received any email about shipping!

Ordered a sweater. Email confirmation of order. Next day " shipped" email confirmation with no tracking number. Sent a email checking on delivery status a week later. Received a email next day out of stock my size. Alternate sizes offered ridiculously too small or too large ( coincidence? ) They offered a " store credit " in the full amount or a $ 20.00 less charge back to my credit card. Dispute filed with credit card company in full amount pending.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. TOTAL SCAM.

I bought a sweater from this site and the moment it arrived, the seams on the side of the sweater (which was an ok fitting size initially? the sizing is absolutely terrible anyhow but I anticipated this beforehand) unraveled from the bottom up. The product came with holes on the seams and it was generally CHEAP looking compared to the cost. I reached out and after a lot of gaslighting from customer service (saying “it doesn’t look that bad!” and “i can see a few holes”) I settled for a small fraction (12 dollars? Seriously?) of what I paid for the refund. The entire thing was frustrating and I fought for days with the CLUELESS “service” on the other end. I was scammed out of a large amount of money for the quality I got. The best I can use the sweater for is fire fuel or spare fabric. Do NOT order from this site. Like other reviews, it is a SCAM.

Asked they to cancel an order i made by mistake and never responded they are scammers!!!

I bought a dress from this website and was told it would come before June 12. I placed the order on the first week of May and three weeks have gone by so I contacted customer service and was told it would be sent out on 5/18. On 5/20 there was no email so I contacted again and they said in two days it would be shipped. Two days later; nothing. I called customer service and they said there was no way my dress would come before June 12 and that it would be shipped in 2-3 weeks. I asked to cancel the order and get a refund AND CUSTOMER SERVICE HUNG UP ON ME. I am going to have to open an investigation through paypal to get my refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE IT IS A SCAM.
