I ordered and paid for 2 items,padded hoodies just before NZ lockdown for February COVID 2020. I didn’t receive my goods I paid for,I sent numerous emails for my product or a refund and have never been able to make contact.fuming

I order a suit a Month Ago and still haven’t receive it these people are Scammers I emailed them but still haven’t got hey respond

I ordered a blouse & what I received was not what I ordered. Very disappointing. I sent an email but have yet to hear from them. Luckily I paid with PayPal so they will help. Just frustrating when you want to buy & you get ripped off.

Has been a horrible experience. They refuse to give me a refund after the sweater I ordered took weeks longer to arrive than promised on their website. The sweater is the wrong print and extremely cheap. I paid $68 for this crappy sweater that should have cost $12.
So dissatisfied!

Absolutely atrocious experience, ordered two shirts, same type different color both size Medium, one shirt was fine and one was so small I could not even put it on although the tag is correct Medium it's just awfully manufactured. After numerous emails exchanged and multiple photos I sent them to admit the error, they suggested they give me $4 credit to send the shirt back at my own expense!? LOL to China!! Instead of offering to send me the correct size Shirt at their own expense of course. I will never ever order anything from these jokers again and you should not either, let's not support cheap pranksters that have no idea what proper customer service means and how to do business in USA.

I'M COMMING AGAIN, THE Sneaker I BUY FROM HERE IS COOL, AND I BUY AGAIN AS A GIFT FOR MY MOM, YOU KNOW WHAT? MY MOM SAID IT MUST COST MY MONTH'S SALARY, HHH, HAPPY TO HEAR THAT, THANKS AGAIN FOR SO NICE PRODUCT.

I ordered a 11cm pumps, there was an issue with delivery, I do not know if it was the fault of the seller or USPS...I am glad it was resolved and to receive a quality product. High heel but comfortable to wear, very balance.

This place is dishonest and sends unusable clothing they charge a fortune for but only if you get PayPal involved will they bother to respond to complaints They will NEVER refund your money and unless threatened to report them will never send clothing which will be unwearable. SCAM and Thieves.Avoid them.

I wish I could give this company a negative 100 stars! I paid almost $80 for a dress that first of all took over a month to get here, it was very cheaply made for the price, & it looked nothing like the picture. When I contacted them for a return they said I would have to pay for the return shipping - to freakin China - which would cost me almost the price of my order already. And w/o sending it back they only offered me a $10 refund. I have been waiting a month already on the refund. DO NOT order from this company. You will be extremely disappointed & frustrated.

I ordered a mans size small sweater for $70.00 and they sent me size 4T. I returned the sweater and asked for a small or my refund. They have refused to reimburse me or send me a refund. They are scam artists. They offered me $7.00 to go away. That was 3 months ago.

This company is a scam. So not order anything from them. The product you order is not what you get and then they have the nerve to make you send proof by asking for the stickers on the bag and the tags in the box

They send me the wrong color, but it is what it is, I like the color as well. Quality is fine. It’s bigger than I expected, conclusion: it’s a good summer short for the price.

I am very upset about the product. They were nothing like as shown in the picture. The shoes were hard like a board and just horrible. I sent a msg to the company and they stated that I can keep the shoes and they will give me $6 back. I spent $50 with the shipping on this crap.

Scam company. Sent cheap and wrong sized merchandise. Refused to fully refund unless I i sent it back to them China at my expense even though they used an intermediate shipper in the US.

Absolutely horrible experiances. Scam.
Basicly got a shotty dyed sweatshirt that was supposed to be a heavy weight knit cartigan. The dye washes out in one wash. The item has the weight of less then a t-shirt. Absolute garbage cost $50. Took a month to ship and is worth about a dollar

It took 3 months for my package to come just for the product to run EXTREMELY small and the product to be damaged!!!! On top of I was a size 14 but the wrongly sent dresses to me were at most size 10 The material was flimsy and looked like it was made by an amateur knitting class. We had a good laugh it was so hideous but I stopped laughing when they refuse to back their product I was trying to send the PRODUCT back I went on social media and got this COMPANY HELP ᴱⁱᵍʰᵗ ᶠᵒᵘʳ ᶠⁱᵛᵉ ᶠⁱᵛᵉ2𝘰𝘯𝘦 seven2four five I REACH OUT THE COMPANY AND THEY WERE VERY GOOD AND NICE THEY PROVIDE ME THE RETURN SHIPPING ADDRESS AND MY MONEY WAS DEPOSITED IN MY ACCOUNT IN TIME THAN FINALLY, I SENT BACK THIS CHEAP, GARBAGE, HORRIBLE DRESS TO THE COMPANY DO NOT BUY HERE= Sent the wrong size of a product and… Horrible!!! Never again! And don't order!

Products are cheaply made and of poor quality, It took two months to get here !!!!!

I ordered from this company and never received my product. Months have passed now and they will not even respond to any requests I make. Do not order from them - I just wasted a lot of money!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

The item I ordered took forever to arrive When it did arrive it was cheaply made and not true to size. Their customer service is nonexistent! I attempted multiple times to return for refund or correct size but each time was given the run around about their address. I was given an address in China to return it to...which obviously would cost more than the item.in my opinion their customer service is nonexistent. Always check reviews before ordering from an unfamiliar company!
