I ordered three coats from this site for my brother and sister-in-law and my fiance for Christmas and what I just received first pissed me off and then put me in tears. Here it is 3 days before Christmas money spent and I dare not give them this garbage. I wish I had read the reviews first!! This is how they get us due to this pandemic cause you can't go anywhere to view your product before purchasing.. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE UNLESS YOU LIKE GIVING MONEY AWAY!!!

(I made the mistake of not reading reviews before I ordered). This experience has taught me to really check out the seller before I buy.

Made an order in November. Got an email saying items were shipped on November 29. It's December 17 and I've heard nothing else.

This is a scam! They present great looking clothing in their website but send you horrible knockoffs that are cheap and ugly.

I should have read the reviews before I ordered. Absolutely a farce. I ordered on 29 October. (two items). One was not in stock and in fairness they refunded me almost immediately. However the second item took them until 10 December. Six weeks. And what I received was laughable. First did not resemble remotely what the picture showed. I got a flimsy badly made jumper. Not worth 35 odd euros. I do not know how they get away with this. They should be shut down. This is an insult and judging by the comment I am not the only one who fell for this scam. I hope my review will help some other potential buyers to stay away from them.

If I could give 0 I would!! It took from October 4 to November 28 to get to me. The sweater picture was very nice.The actual product received was horrible! The fabric is cheap not even a sweater fabric. The color is hideous and the sleeves would fit a child not an adult man! Do not order from this company.

quality is really cheap and doesnt look close to pictures. takes month to recieve the item and its all from china.

Appalling quality, nothing like picture . Bought xlarge and 2xlarge, my husband is a medium and jumper is halfway up his back.
No refund or response from email address. No telephone number.

A scam. They item they sent was not what was pictured and the size was wrong. No way to contact them for a refund.

I ordered a fairly expensive sweater from this vendor about a month ago, and it seems clear to me now that EITHER they are not a legitimate vendor OR someone lifted a graphic from their website and scammed me. I have received neither the product nor a refund. The customer service person who responded to my queries wrote in broken English. The customer service email is a tomailme.com ISP. BEWARE.

THIS IS A SCAM!!! Do not buy anything from this website. I bought a sweater from them on 10/23/20 and am still waiting for it to be delivered to date (11/09/20). When requesting them to provide updates, they just provide me feeble excuses that it takes 15-20 days for them to update the system. Their tracking system is also bogus!
I have requested they provide me a refund, but they have not acknowledged it. Do not waste your money with these SCAMMERS!!

I canceled an order, because I don't trust this merchant. Four times I have asked that my funds be fully refunded, as per their policy. If after 4 refund demands I do not get a satisfactory answer, I will file police report and cancel transaction with credit card company. This is obviously an unscrupulous vendor.
