I waited months to get my trench coat, which looked gorgeous on the Summerhaul site, but the quality was so poor, I couldn't even get the first button unbottoned. The material was like paper. When I tried to send it back, and when they FINALLY responded, they only offered me $8.00 and told me to keep it. I am posting this all over the web to alert others!

Ordered a few items from summerhauls only to not receive two of the items I purchased. Yeah, I received 1 of the 3 items, but the 1 I did receive took FOREVER to get here, and it was very cheaply made, considering what I paid for it.
I placed my order November 4th, and I didn't even get my first item. They were "out of stock" and I had to open a dispute with PayPal since they kept refusing to refund me.
Second item came in the middle of January. The third item is apparently "out of stock" and they're waiting to get another one in. I've told them several times that since it's out of stock, I want a refund. They keep telling me to select another item to replace it with, but I don't want another item. I've told them several times to just refund the purchase price, AND the cost of shipping, since I paid the additional cost for 3-5 business day shipping. 3 months and I'm still arguing with them for a refund.

This company is nothing but HORRIBLE. Horrible customer service, horrible, cheap items, and horrible pricing. They are located in China, so why they even offer 3-5 business day shipping to the United States is beyond me.

I did open disputes with PayPal, the website I made the purchase through, and I was able to get my first items purchase price refunded. However, because they did send out my second item, but not the third item, PayPal denied me my refund and closed the dispute. The second and third items were purchased together, so that just left me completely screwed, and now I can't even dispute the third item.

Best advice to anyone looking to order from this company: DON'T. Most of their items are out of stock and you will NOT receive it. They will give you a false tracking number just to show that an item was shipped, to avoid fallback with credit card companies and payment websites (even though the item wasn't shipped) and you won't receive your item. Because they send a tracking number, any dispute made to a credit card company or payment website will be in lingo until it shows an item was delivered, which could take months, or until you receive an item that isn't even what you ordered.

This website is so dang fake. I don't understand why major payment websites, such as Pay Pal, continue to work with them. Especially considering ALL of the negative reviews and complaints against them.
Just don't purchase from them. You'll regret it.

If I could give it a zero star I would. ordered my husband over $200 worth of clothes before Christmas 2020 we still have not received our items. the tracking number says they delivered our package in the mailbox which is a lie nothings been there. there’s no phone number for you to talk to anybody real. they’re only emailing people and then when you ask for your refund they want don’t wanna give your money back they want you to pick something else that’s in stock so they can replace it. I want my money back. I’ll never order from these people. don’t ever order from summerhauls. don’t ever ever ever order from these people ever. it’s a scam

Purchased a sweater for my son for Christmas, for $60. The arms were short and the pocket where you put your hands, sewn off center. Will only issue a refund to their store.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!

Odered and paid for a beautiful mens sweater, only to later recieve email that it was out of material to make sweater according to summehaul, HA! Recieved refund but sweater still remains available for sale on website.
So un professional.

Received my order yesterday & what a total RIP OFF! I was expecting the loose knit yarn sweater as advertised. The tag in the sweater is actually a Polo-Ralph Lauren tag. The sweater I received is not even knitted and the different colors are stamped on. After waiting for over a month, this is a huge disappointment and I will be filing more complaints on whatever review pages I can find on your company.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered a men’s large sweater for my husband and paid an extra $20 to have it by Dec 23. It arrived 2 weeks late so east of money... and the sweater... suppose to be a men’s large.. looked like It was made for a 10 year old girl. The material was flimsy and looked like it was made by an amateur knitting class. We had a good laugh it was so hideous but I stopped laughing when they refuse to back their product. They want to send me an $8 refund? Out of the almost $90 I paid for it? Not sure where they got that number. They won’t back the product or the false expedited shipping. There is no phone number for customer service which is a big RED FLAG! Any reputable company has a phone no. I should have read reviews first as there is another experience like mine. There are a couple of good reviews, but don’t be fooled....they are obviously fake and out there by someone in the company.

I would not use this shop again as their dresses are not how they show on their website. And also, the company has very poor service and rude. It was very stressful to communicate with the customer service. I would not recommend to purchase any from this company.

Do not order from this company. It took over a month for it to arrive and my husband and I laughed so hard because the sweaters did not look like the picture of them online at all. The sizes are wrong and the colors do not match. They are very wide and short. I have emailed them 3 times to return but no response. Very unsatisfied.

CRAP!!!! ... It took two months to get here and all my wife and I can do is LAUGH at how horrible this stuff is! The designs and patterns are close but NOTHING else. POOR craftsmanship (loose seams), Sizes are all one size smaller than we ordered and some of the colors are WAY off from the sales photos. (instead of earth tones they are bright rainbow colors!!!!) If it took two months to get here, we sadly figure that the hassle of returning these items and (hopefully) getting our money back will take more than it is worth! DO NOT BUY for this company!

This is the worst site to order from I paid for 3-6 day shipping it took 16 days for the last item to arrive(I had to pay 2 shipping fees ) one the items was the wrong one and the quality is poor they are refusing to give me a full refund and they want me to pay to ship it back a total waste . Do not use these crooks

The clothes were pure crap and you must pay THEIR Shipping AND RETURN SHIPPING. TOTAL SCAM. I received them almost two months later FROM CHINA, way past the Christmas holiday. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

They are a bunch of scumbags. When you buy they d’ont tell you that it comes from China. It was going to be a Christmas present and it got here 2 weeks after. I will never buy from this company again. The Attorney General’s office and the BBB should look into these scammers. They should be kicked out of the country for taking advantage of people not counting the poor quality of their merchandise.

Stay away from this company. I wish I had read reviews before.

The clothes are very cheap versions of what they show on the internet. Colors, sizes, fit and material does not match. Arrived two weeks later than expected.

When trying to return all of the order ($220), the company refuses to give a method of return. Instead they suggest they I keep it all and they will give me $50. Next, they suggested that I sell everything to friends and they would give me $70.

This is obviously a scam company. Stay way!

This is a very flattering dress. It fits perfectly. I ordered a small and I'm 5' 3", 130lbs. Love the color, will probably order more. You can dress it up or dress it down. It's very versatile and thick enough material not to be able to see through, but not too thick for a warm day. My new favorite!!!

Bought a winter jacket.. What a piece of junk poor quality materials. looks like it was sewn by a kid. It was also 3 sizes to small. Tried to return it they told me how difficult it would and how much it would cost to return it. They offered me 25.00 back. I took it. STILL WAITING it's been 2 months. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY FROM CHINA. If I can't buy MADE IN AMERICA I don't need it.

This so called sweater is complete junk. Very poor quality and runs 4 sizes small. I got a 2XL and it fits like a medium. The color is not at all what the picture shows. Don’t get taken like I did. I doubt I’ll get my money back.

Do not buy anything from company. This like what everyone has stated already. Fake ads, Great prices, once they have you money they send you a fake email saying items were sent and that’s it. You cannot call to complain or file a claim. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE...
