Ordered on Sunday and received a call Monday advising out of stock and offering alternatives. Disappointed sure, but the alternatives offered were genuinely very close matches. Selected a pair and these were delivered with a tracking reference on the Thursday.

Having been searching for a pair of Maui Jim in stores and on other websites I got the pair I was looking for here, cheaper than anywhere else including the airport duty free and delivered the next day.

I ordered a pair of Rayban sunglasses which arrived next day. Unfortunately i noticed very slight scratches on the frame which to be fair you really couldn't see unless you were really looking for them. This was my biggest concern about ordering on-line as I was expecting a dispute of liability. Sunglasses Direct (Bianca) was fantastic and all my concerns immediately evaporated as she sent out a replacement pair of which I received the very next day. Upon receiving them I sent my faulty ones back and a full refund was in my account the very next day.

You can completely trust this company as the products are genuine and you are dealing with a very personable company which offer excellent after sales care.

Great Ray Ban sunglasses once again at a fantastic price. This is the 3rd pair of Ray Bans I have bought from this site and I cannot recommend them enough. The website is very easy to use and the delivery times are excellent. The prices are really good - I have just returned from a holiday in Florida, where I intended to buy my sunglasses. But the prices didn't compare with Sunglasses Direct so I waited till I came back for a better deal and much more choice.

It was frustrating that the sunglasses I ordered were out of stock, which was not noted on the website when I placed the order and paid. In fairness though no other website seemed to have them in stock either and I received a call the day after my order was placed explaining the situation and estimating a delivery time of between 4-6 weeks. My next day delivery charge was immediately refunded and I was pleasantly surprised to receive my sunglasses 6 days later. Arrived well packed and exactly as expected. The best price I could find as well after a lot of searching. Would use again.

Great glasses, could possibly tell you it comes with a cleaning cloth as I bought that option at checkout, but I can survive paying an extra quid!

saw an advert in golf monthly. read up all about the glasses and colour of lenze that would be best to see the golf ball in flight ,on a sunny day. They are great ,better than my old pair and reasonable priced for the quality.
