From the word go the service and customer help was exceptional. The item was as described, I couldn't be happier.

Ordered my sunglasses and next day received a call to say not in stock but can forefill the order if i was ok to wait.
was told initially 8-12 weeks, so very impressed that didnt have to wait that long at all. recieved email to say sunglasses were on there way, and was so pleased with them.. perfect packaging and would highly recommend.

I knew the sunglasses I wanted as have had the same Maui Jim ones for years now and unfortunately had just broken my last pair.

Looking online yesterday, Sunglasses Direct had an easy to browse website, accurate pics and descriptions (it was difficult to determine on some other sites the colour of the lenses and even when typed in the code the wrong ones came up), were £20 cheaper than Sunglasses Hut and had 5% discount which covered the cost of posting as I needed them swiftly - going on hols tomorrow.

Delivery was bang on time today and glasses came with soft case, hard case and additional cloth for 50p. Perfect.

Price, website, delivery...even the little glasses cleaner added in was just perfect - cannot fault.

Critism should be that your site is not advertised sufficently as came across it by accident!

I chose some Ray Bans that I had seen in duty free. They were cheaper from sunglasses-direct and I also found an online voucher giving me an extra 5% off. I chose standard delivery for free, the glasses were dispatched the next day and I received them the day after that. The glasses are great, no problems at all.

I found the website easy to navigate & ordering was straightforward. My sunglasses arrived well packed & very quickly. Overall, excellent service.

Ordered some Ray Ban sunglasses. Arrived the following day although I only chose the normal delivery option. The sunglasses are excellent, exactly as shown on website but almost £20 cheaper than buying from the official Ray Ban website. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good deal!

The people at Sunglasses Direct were incredibly helpful getting some out of stock sunglasses to me in a very short time. They phoned when they said they would, did what they said they would do, and the sunglasses arrived in good time for my holiday. Great sunglasses too!

Brilliant customer service. Unfortunately my sunglasses were out of stock at Rayban, but I was informed honestly about delivery times and therefore not disappointed at the wait.
