The one thing that really upset me about dealing with this company is the way that I had to prove that I was the person who had placed the order. I sent a Pay Pal receipt, but that was not enough. They asked for a utility bill or bank statement that showed my name and address. This was stupid and insulting. I had never dealt with anyone like that before, and I hope that I never do.

Purchase was easy and shipping seemed easy, but there was an issue with customs coming to the US.i hope that had been resolved. Luckily the glasses were not time sensitive.

You can't go wrong with the Clubmasters. They are perfectly stylized, crystal-clear, and true quality. However, my first order was lost, and the process to receive my glasses ended up taking two months! I am very satisfied with the glasses, but I would have trouble ordering again and trusting that my order would be received. Otherwise, beautiful glasses and worth the price.

The process was fast and very efficient!!

First, I was informed that the pair ofsunglasses I ordered and paid for was out of stock. Why it had not been stated on the listing page, I will never know. But I got a small discount for my trouble so I waited for the shop to re-order them and send them to me.

Finally received my sunnies (Ray-Ban Justin in Black) after several weeks, in stellar condition as they were packed very well. However I was disappointed to find that they sent me the "small" version of the style and not the regular one. Wish they had stated this detail in the first place, as I was going for the default regular size. But at that point I was already too exasperated to arrange for a return/exchange, since I live in Asia and the whole process will be too long and tedious to even bother.

I ordered one pair of sunglasses - the price I got was better than my local market price. So I'm very pleased with the product and the price for it and the delivery was right.

To amend the mailing address in full address, customer services (Miss Mary) responded my request very fast and gave me a confidence on delivery of glasses. Only spent two days on delivery of glasses from UK to Hong Kong. I will recommend my friends to purchase sunglasses via sunglasses shop.

Although your publication free shipping, required me to pay over $ 75 for shipping when the product came to me.
Your site wrote to lower costs you send through Royal Mail and yet stubbornly insisted to send via UPS what a very expensive cost.
Despite ongoing negotiations with you I had no choice but to turn to PayPal me back my money.

100% satisfied with my purchase. I got my sunglasses in less than a week (from UK to Greece).

In making the order had 2 issues: 1) the letter was not tracking links my order. 2) Stupid Russian Customs detained the cargo because it was more expensive than 200 euros. This idiocy no relation to the store does not have a Russian customs absolutely nothing to do and they are doing at work all garbage.
