I saw an offer on money saving expert for a pair of Oakleys which i ordered but the they didn't actually have any stock and having alredy taken the payment all they were interested in is trying to get more money from me to upgrade my order.

It took too long until they made clear what the actual problem is.
All security aside, it was a waste of time. I will order somewhere else.

just perfect, reliable - Excellent Service!
I ordered 2 pairs of Bollé saling sunglasses, got immediately the message that they were out of stock and that it would take 4 weeks to deliver. But it took only 2 weeks from this email until were laying on our table in Sweden. So: facit: very reliable, prompt, good prices and you find what you want.
My glasses came with a case where the zip was broken. just took me an email to get a new one.
I really can recommend them. Think also that the recommendation end search engine is very good.

I didn't get the sunglasses I wanted
I wanted Oakley OO4044-03, and I've got OO4044-05. Somewhere in the procedure, something went wrong, maybe by me. The thing is that I can't see my order in your website, I can't return it to you (as you kindly offered to exchange with the one I want) cause I have to pay a lot of money for a courier and there is a risk that I lose the sunglasses somewhere in the way.. so, at the future if I see a pair of sunglasses that I like at the airports, I'm buying it no matter the cost.
Nevertheless you were very friendly with me & immediate with your transaction.
