After ordering a pair of raybans from another retailer i found out it was going to take up to a stonking 18 days for delivery! The sunglasses were a present for my boyfriend and so i needed them by 30/5/2012... TODAY! After cancelling my order with the other retailer i called sunglassesshop to see if they could help.... i ordered the sunglasses on the 29th at 12pm and they have just landed on my desk now.. nextday as promised.. and a perfect product. I couldn't have asked for better service from everyone involved in this transaction.. and will definitely be shoping with sunglassesshop again soon!!

i knew thet sunglasses I wanted (Maui jim readers g805 -2025) as they were to replace a previous pair. Having checked the price and availability in the high street I took to the internet and having looked at numerous companies decided on the Sunglasses Shop, by reputation. I placed my order at 13.30hrs 29th May they arrived 12.30 30th May, less than 24hrs later. The Sunglasses Shop kept me fully informed of the progress of my order and when you add a saving of £58.00 over the high street price WHY GO ANYWHERE ELSE. Thanks Folks that's what I call service.

Unfortunetely I am very disappointed with Sunglasses Shop. Few days after placing my order I was notified that the item was not in stock and would not be dispatched before 7 or 10 business days. I decided therefore to cancel my order - Sunglasses Shop acknowledged the cancellation of the order and informed me that my credit card would be credited within few days. To my surprise two weeks later I got an email informing me that the item is dispatched to me! I reacted immediately, asked not to deliver the order to me as I had cancelled the order. The Sunglasses Shop responded by apologising for the break in internal communication and promised to stop the delivery and return the money to my credit card. 3 days later the order arrived at my address and Sunglasses stopped responding to my mails. I am now stuck with an item I did now want.
