Everyone was really kind.

Friendly staff and so obliging. The removal guys were so helpful and considerate and very cafeful but thorough making the moving experience less stressful that it could have otherwise been. Typical quality service from a very well established business and very competitive pricing due to owning larger vehicles than some of the competitors and in our case, said having to use two vehicles, 2 drivers etc...well pleased with the service.

We used Sunnyside Removals for our recent move from Surrey to Wiltshire. They were friendly, polite and extremely helpful. This was our first use of a removal company and they were amazing. Moving is a stressful time and they helped put us at easy with it all. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who is moving.

We have just moved from a 5 bedroom house to another town 40 minutes away and this was not a problem at all for Sunnyside. We had a 4 day move with 2 days of packing and two delivery days. All went very smoothly, no breakages at all. The lads that packed and moved us were genuinely lovely and really cared where we wanted furniture to go and packed things so carefully. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone

Used these guys to move from Sandhurst to West Sussex on 11th October 2024. They were fantastic nothing was too much for them. Polite and professional at all times. I cant remember all their names. We would highly recommend using Sunnyside for any house move. They moved us at end of September from a 4-bed to a new build 3-bed house. What is normally a very stressful experience was made much easier by their good-natured efficiency. The quote process was clear and simple and communication with the office also very easy. The crew arrived promptly and worked hard all day, taking care to protect our floors etc and leave the house in as tidy a state as possible after a move. Really great move from Sunnyside. They made the whole process easy, had good interactions with them at all stages of the process (initial quote, follow ups, dropping off the boxes, the move, picking up the boxes after). Professional and would definitely use them again.

This is 2nd time I have used Sunnyside. On this occasion, July 2024, we were merging 2 households, one of which had to go into storage. Everything for this 1st removal was packed into modular crates and then placed in a secure area while the 2nd house sale was going through. As with my previous experience, Sunnyside workers are thorough, hard working and hit your house like a plague of locusts. I only had one single breakage, of a large glass, but it was cheap and really had no value. My only criticism would be that on the first day of packing away the main house, there were not enough workers. The 2 that arrived slogged their hearts out to try to keep to the schedule and I it seemed they felt a bit let down by their co-workers. On the second day of packing and moving to the new house, it was a bit more frantic and some of the workers got a bit tetchy and finished late. This was understandable as I could see they were knackered, despite being constantly plied with tea & coffee. Despite this, I would definitely recommend them and would use them again.

The Sunnyside Removals guys were exceptional. They packed and moved my daughter's house into storage in two days. Everything was packed very well and taken good care of. Three weeks later we had the pleasure of their company again for a whole week. They packed up my house, including all my garden pots (some with trees), two sheds and a garden office. Nobody ever complained that I was taking too much. Then they moved my belongings into the new house and finally brought my daughter's house contents from storage. They even remained cheerful when it was pounding down with thunderstorm rain, well done Sunnyside.

The team listened well, were patient and calm. They asked before putting items in the new rooms. They were very practical and gave us advice where things would fit well. They took good care of our belongings.

Sunnyside cleared my property and put my goods into storage last week. Tom and Seb were the guys who attended and carried out a tremendous job. There were no issues apart from them repackaging a few boxes that weren’t sturdy enough. I’m hoping the second leg will be just as successful.
