I had a very positive experience thanks to the team at Sunset Cycles and Jason who I spoke with.

This was the first new bike I was buying for myself having owned my last bike for 12 years. Things had certainly moved on from then with components etc so I had lots of questions.

Jason took the call and was patient and polite at all times answering my numerous questions which put me at ease.

I decided to buy the bike and he explained the procedure.

Amazingly my bike was delivered to my house within 24 hours of placing the order from Wales to Scotland!

What an amazing service from start to finish. I have full confidence and trust to buy of Sunset Cycles again.

I can't say how happy I am with my bike and the whole experience with this company. I read lots of reviews and the bike and the company before buying. All I can say is the service and professionalism was bang on. A lot of company's talk the talk but then as soon as they have the money it all goes downhill not with this company ,the word I would use is painless. No stress no hassle from order to delivery. Just brilliant. Will definitely use again. It's not very often I leave a review but had to this time as was so impressed. A1

First and foremost, I went entirely on the reviews on trust pilot and decided to go ahead with the purchase and I am so glad I did - I hope if you read this, you do too! I was delighted with the level of service and delivery time - including the courier company - and the whole transaction was incredibly smooth. Andrew took my order and we discussed the bike purchase in detail on the phone and who it was for and he totally put my mind at ease. The prices were the best around as well! Fantastic service from Sunset Cycles, always responded to email questions and was helpful over the phone several times whilst deciding what bike to go for. Sent them my cycle to work voucher on the Monday and they had my bike delivered to me on Wednesday, bike was well packaged and minimal assembly needed. Thank you so much for sorting me out with my dream bike, I would certainly order from you again in the future. This is my second bike from Sunset Cycles.

I had to e mail Sunset cycles first to see if they delivered to N.Ireland, and check out some specs of Trek bikes. I had an instant helpful reply, and i went ahead and ordered. I had my trek bike delivered free from Cardiff, Wales, to Derry, N.Ireland within days, well wrapped against damage, and in a large box. Great bike. I would recommend Sunset cycles

From Andrew on the initial phone call and answering all my annoying emails promptly to the hand over guy (sorry I forgot his name ) and also Anthony the park manager and his tip on rear shock re bound adjustment for bpw , the bike was not riding fast it was flying low !

Ordered an Orange 22 Crush Pro 29 - easy to order on line, arrived on the day advised. We needed some help with putting the bike together, which we sought via e-mail. All the e-mails were answered quickly and clearly. Excellent service. Many thanks to Jason and Andrew.

Purchased a lovely Orange Crush 29er 2021 from these chaps and have to say I have found ordering Amazon stuff more complicated. Bike already arrived yesterday and what a pleasure even when I had a item missing, I wasn’t questioned like a criminal but rather immediately dealt with and my missed item is arriving today already. Lovely support!!!

I recently bought a Trek X caliber from Sunset. I was unsure about sizing and spoke to the guys for some advice.
The bike arrived on time, and was spot on. great customer service, friendly staff.

Just purchased my Trek Roscoe 6 from sunset and it has been an easy trouble free transaction. It’s been very difficult to find a bike that meets my requirements, but sunset had ample stock, went above and beyond and delivery was very quick. Will be using again.

Purchased an Orange Crush Pro a month or so ago, absolutely brilliant service from start to finish.
When there was a manufacturing fault on one of the parts of the bike, Gafyn was happy to help and quickly had the wheel sorted and back to me.

I'd definitely recommend and use again :)

Ordered a new Orange MTB online. Andrew at Sunset Cycles was very accommodating when my bank decided to hold back payment and worked with me to unblock it.
The bike was duly delivered in good order (although the courier did cause a days delay).
Andrew also responded quickly to a set-up query I had which led to a satisfactory outcome. He offered to help on the phone and even arrange to have the bike returned, although those proved to be unnecessary.
One suggestion - request the customer set-up requirements and have the pressures set before delivery but in my case, setting up is part of the excitement of buying a top quality bike.
Delighted with my purchase and with Sunset Cycles.

Absolute amazing people there. Just bought a Pivot from them and they were amazing and very helpful. They packaged the bike up really well completely bubble wrapped in nice large bike box and was shipped in 2 days. I can Highly recommended the shop and the workers there if you ever need a bike call the shop. (A Personal Thankyou to Andrew and Gavin)

Great service from gafyn at sunset needed a replacement frame was sorted quick and easy will be coming here for all my bikes, parts and upgrades. Fully recommend solid people they really think about the customer

I bought a pivot switchblade from sunset cycles in 2020
It took 3 months to get it what with the COVID etc , I dealt with a guy called gafyn and the service a got was fantastic , kept me up to date all the way through and the after sales care I got from him was brilliant , nothing was too much trouble , I’ve dealt with many cycle shops over the last 20 years but have to say very top marks to gafyn and sunset cycles 10/10

Despite a huge demand for bikes at the moment, my bike was checked, shipped and arrived within 2 days of ordering. And that was after Andrew answered several questions by email very quickly.
