Although I love the brand and have had no issues until now I am currently having the worst online shopping experience ever! Absolutely dissatisfied is the least to say.
I live in Bulgaria and my office where I purchased it from is behind a Luxembourg proxy so when I went to SuperDry website it was the .nl version for the above reason I suppose. I purchased 2 items and after I made the payment I noticed that the price I actually paid was without any discounts after I had selected Bulgaria as shipping destination. Too late.
1. I found out that the sale only applied for .nl and .be destinations. It's discouraging all other customers. Well, OK, no digital single market yet...
2. I *immediately*, within secondes, contacted the customer service to cancel the order because I wasn't willing to pay that price. I was told it's not possible (even though terms and conditions allow it) and I must refuse the order when it reaches me in order to receive reimbursement.
3. Order received the next day, I refused it.
4. 1 month and 4 days later I still haven't been reimbursed even though I was explained by the customer service to allow 10-14 days after the order is received by them.
5. tracking information shows that the order has been "held by the carrier" for 1 month sharp, updating its status every day and apparently not likely to be processed by superdry for I don't know what reason
So, so, so disappointed and angry!

2 x zelf verkeerde maat besteld
2 x zelf verkeerde maat besteld, 2de maal zou 1 maat(je) kleiner de goeie zijn. Super bediening door Holly van klantendienst. Helaas maat(je) kleiner is nog veel te groot. No worries, i call Holly (or somebody else) today and ask for an exchange (again haha). Holly, keep up the good work..., i wish everybody could be a Holly (on customer service you know)...
