The shop attendants give me space to explore and tryout the clothing. They also were kind and their service are thoughtful.

Will be making a purchase in my next visit to a Superdry store.

Great item plus good service from the staff thank you

Cashier was not friendly and didn’t say much as payment was being processed. Instead there was a female employee who was speaking so loud about her personal life behind the cashier and spent her time chatting away with other employees. No wonder there wasn’t any help to be found on the shop floor.

The staff were friendly, helpful and happy to help. Always buying from Superdry as the clothes etc are good quality and wear well, lasting a long time

Friendly staff. Good selection of mens basic t-shirts. I like the neat folding of the garments for packing into the bag - it adds a touch of class.
Mind you, I went in for some ladies t-shirts for myself and didn't see any that grabbed me so I bought some of the plain mens ones for my son!

Really cool, welcoming, enticing shop, super big and well set out. The pants i bought are good quality. Staff were friendly but discreet. Just very expensive products.

I got superb and helpful service from the colleague I spoke to. They checked around the store to find the item I wanted and checked online for availability too. They gave a personal experience of the item too. Great service!

I purchased a top from the store my mistake I chose the wrong size went back to the I store the assistant was very helpful found the top I wanted and exchanged the wrong size excellent

I bought a Jacket online and it was bit tight hence decided to return at Manchester Arndale centre branch. Return experience at store was really frustrating as I was told the refund will go back on gift card in 1 to 24 hrs. I wanted to buy the larger size on same day but couldn't due to no refund done in time its been 3 days now still no refund email received.
The order number is SUPERDRY_42937979. The store manager provided no further help and told me it should be refunded in 1 to 24 hrs which never happened.
Customer Service is quite disappointing no way to get in touch with real person.
As of now, I have still not received the refund back on to my gift card, despite the item being returned. I am not pleased with this experience, as the gift card could have been credited at the time of return to allow me to purchase the correct size. Trading standards should look at this company return practices.

Absolutely outstanding service from Courtney at the Manchester Arndale Shop. Even though we bought online, they sorted, sourced and solved the problem. Please acknowledge her customer service, professionalism and problem solving.

The ambience at Superdry was lovely and warm. The staff at the local store were friendly and eager to help. The items are of good quality, with several styles to suit different tastes. Prices are a little on the higher side, but that’s to be expected given the level of quality. Was a little disappointed that there were no Christmas/New Year discounts
