great service

very good place to go, went in and out three or four times, and never felt so relaxed. Bought a new coat, and love it. Great quality, great staff.

Return process is stupid

Return process is stupid I wanted to exchange an online order as size was wrong had the item refunded and then had to purchase what wanted. Through doing this I lost £35 as when I purchased online I paid part card part gift card, I got the card money back but lost the gift card part due to not having the gift card anymore as I used the full amount to make part of the purchase.

Staff

Staff , friendly and helpful. Good choice. But unfortunately what I purchased was reduced and paid full price. Didn't realize whilst in shop as it was a busy day, lots of shopping for Christmas presents. So when I got home I had to travel back to store. The staff refunded the difference with no problems. But wasted an hour because of this.

Disappointed

Husband purchased top & trousers for me for Christmas gift and gave me a gift receipt & the till purchase receipt as I needed to return the trousers. I went back to the Lakeside store where they were purchased on Sunday 4 January and found the store closed. I had to then located the next nearest store which was in Bluewater Kent and return the item obviously costing me toll fees to travel to the store in Kent from Essex. Thankfully the staff were helpful in refunding the item back on to my Husbands card.

My daughter attempted to use a valid…

My daughter attempted to use a valid gift card, yet we were unable to do so because the card was inexplicably placed on hold. We had to visit the store three separate times, and each time the staff were unable to explain the issue. They repeatedly tried contacting customer service but could not reach anyone.

For such a large brand, this level of service is unacceptable. The staff acknowledged that the card was valid, yet they were reluctant or unable to provide any meaningful assistance. As a result, we were forced to purchase another ticket, as my daughter urgently needed it for her winter trip.

Extremely disappointed with the overall experience.
