I tried on the coat in store but really wanted a brand new one so the lady helped me order one online and had it delivered to my home. She was very helpful.
I love the coat, the fit and the colour. I like that you can detach the hood too. I haven't worn it yet as I am saving it for my trip to New York in December! I know it will be perfect for the trip.

Easy to Navigate site and excellent Staff at Canterbury Store
Order process was very good and staff at the Canterbury shop were very polite and helpful. I could not fault the staff at all. The only negative point is the sizing of the item. I bought a 2XL puffer jacket and was told by a friend that jackets are usually on the smaller size and she was right. I am a L to XL at most retailers and this jacket only just fastened so that was why I didn't give 5 stars, I think the sizing needs to be reviewed.

I ordered a jacket from the website and opted to collect it from my local store in Canterbury. The order was dispatched immediately and arrived in store before the expected date. When I visited the Canterbury store to collect the jacket, the staff in there were, as they always are, welcoming, friendly, helpful and lovely to talk to. Very friendly and helpful member of staff who welcomed me with a smile and a hello when I went in. Sorry I didn’t catch his name though.
They didn’t have the size I needed in store so I asked him and he checked online and he found the size I wanted so he ordered it for me and it was delivered at home for free a few days later. All very easy and painless! Thank you.
There should be more people like him working in stores and restaurants.
