How can one changebthe Delivery address once the Order has been placed. Since 10th Jan. I am tried numerous times ro change the delivery address or cancel this Order.
I tried nunerous times ro change the Delivery address of this gift. As the date they emailed me that it will be delivered my frd was already on the flight. And I wanted to either cancel or get it sent to my address. Even after emailing messaging many times.
The parcel was just left outside a locked house.

I love so much the quality of the jogging trousers and the hoodie. They warm and cozy for this cold weather. Perfect. Its good size for petite people. If you are like me may be you need size bigger for comfort wearing clothes. I usually wear size 12. The swimming costumes are perfect for that price. Fit very well and so good. And the size is perfect. I am 100% recommend this products. Thank you very much SuperDry for quick fast delivery and amazing customer service. I order few stuffs for measuring at home. I brought an item from a London store, forgetting to check the size.
I went to my local store to see if I could exchange. Unfortunately, they didn't have them in store. However, Without any fuss they ordered me the correct size online for delivery at my home and took back the incorrect size item.
They arrived within a couple of days.

I was in one of the stores where i found a jacket what i really liked and gone to the desk to ask is there a bigger size in that colour what i needed, unfortunatley there wasnt,so the lady at the desk offered me that she can order and i can collect in store or a free delivery service a choose the delivery service amd my jacket arrived in 4 days!Excellent service!
