Disorganised and stressed staff
The staff had clothes all over the shop including the pay counter. During payment for my clothes choice my clothes were mixed up with the clothes all over the counters resulting in some of my clothes being removed and other clothes I had not chosen being added to my purchase. A complete disorganised environment. Don’t blame the staff. You (Superdry) are putting to much pressure on them to work in all numbers.

its disappointing
its disappointing, as Superdry does not supply enough XXXL sizes, when you have supplied this size in the past, I have always purchased, my hands and my wallet are tied.

The best retailer in Jackets
I had an overall great experience purchasing my winter Jacket from Superdry. From an easy and smooth ordering from their website to collecting my Jacket from their store in Kingston. The Lady who served me in the Kingston Store was very Professional, articulate and very knowledgeable. She made me feel very welcome, she checked my ID to ensure I am the right person and checked my email to ensure she was giving me the right Jacket. She put my Jacket in a sizeable bag, thanked me for shopping at Superdry and said goodbye and have a pleasant day. I walked out feeling very satisfied.

Its was really good experience
Its was really good experience. I am writing this because on that day saturday evening store was going to close and five minutes are left. But the staff was really helpful mainly the two men on that day. They helped me to select my stuff within that time. In the end i can say that it was really good experince.

The assistant quickly hopped to, ordered it online for me…and it was on my doorstep three days later (he’d told me it would be about 5 days).
