Please send bulbs
Almost impossible to see the true colour of the garments in the shop because of the annoying, poorly positioned, dim lighting! Even the sales assistant thought he had walked out with a black top, only to find it was navy! Send some decent bulbs to the branch please.

Popped into the store in Bentalls shopping centre in Kingston, Surrey. The shop had a great range of products and good special offers on cotton T-shirts. The service was good and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Great staff!!
I was very impressed with the staff in your shop in Kingston when I visited last week. All the staff I was in contact with were helpful, efficient and friendly which made for a very nice experience. This will definitely make me want to shop at Superdry again in the future.

Good choice of clothes to choose from
Good choice of clothes to choose from. Helpful staff. The only negative was the especially loud, horrific song that was playing when we came in. That put me off shopping but then other music came on that was a lot better!
