Came one month ago, prices very reasonable ( £30 ) for a hoodie. I went last week and the same hoodie was £40 but that included 20% off. Wont be coming again for a very long time

Customer Service is great, friendly and helpful staff but the shop layout is cramped and casual browsing constantly interrupted by other shoppers. Would have spent more money if felt less "rushed" tbh

Great clothes but awful customer Services from one of the staff. I believe her name was Liv (Olivia). After standing at the desk waiting to pay for an item, she walked up to the till, but gave no eye contact and then walked away completely ignoring us. She then went on to walk around the shop on her mobile phone completely ignoring every customer. The shops only saving grace was a lovely young man (Josh) who came and apologised, he also was kind enough to let us know about the offer on the jumper that we had picked. We headed off to find another Item to add to the deal. Whilst we we were looking the same female member of staff walked right passed us and then put our items we were buying back on the shelf ignoring the fact that we wanted them. She then managed to disappear and none of the staff could find her or our original item. Eventually she came back and found our item. She gave no apology. Feel very sorry for the other members of staff who are literally working twice as hard to carry her.

Went in to exchange/replace a coat with a little seam issue (came unstitched inside a pocket as a Christmas present) and Josh at the Ashford Outlet branch was on form - so patient with me and mum, helped us either replace or even get a gift card if I didn’t find what I liked, and the exchange was so easy and hassle free. Thanks so much for the service and your patience Josh, you were on point yesterday! Give the guy a bonus 👍 will be shopping there when I’m back in Ashford.
