Went to gretna for a visit and a little bit of retail therapy and would like to say that the staff at the superdry store are AMAZING!!.
nothing was too much and they couldn't have been any more helpful. Would like to shout out Darren who helped me pick out some items and was extremely polite and couldn't do enough to help. Highly recommend a visit, great clothing at a very reasonable price.

Genuine, friendly staff, exceeded expectations, excellent service.
Both customer service staff were really knowledgeable about the products both in store and online, helped with garment fitting, offered alternative sizes. My daughter had a specific shirt in mind and the staff helped her look online using an in store tablet and ordered it for her immediately. It arrived promptly in the post. Excellent service!! Both staff were professional, friendly and fun, really genuine interest in helping. They exceeded expectations and am super impressed. We'll definitely be back and recommend to friends and family 😄
