The worst experience with a shop I’ve ever had…
Took my dad into town for the first time in three years. Bought a shirt from Superdry and when returning home it was too small. Took the shirt back in 2 days later, with tags still attached, receipt, no faults at all.
I was told I was unable to return it because it felt different and smelt of washing powder.
My dads a double leg amputee, in a wheelchair, missing most of his finger. Couldn’t have washed it even if he’d tried.
When telling both the lady behind the counter and the manager that the shirt had only been tried on and returned straight to store, I was told that it was unsalable and wouldn’t even be able to exchange it.
When asked how I’d wash it with the tags still attached and in perfect condition I was told they could be removed and put back on. I asked her to demonstrate this and was told they would not do that. When I got home I tried to remove a tag from another product I’d purchased from them. It was impossible.
Manager was rude, not helpful and I got nothing but grief.
Will not be going back.
