Easy shopping, efficient service..
Easy shopping - the clothes are set out attractively and kept in good order. The assistant was particularly helpful - I could not find the size I wanted so she quickly got someone to cover her till and went to fetch the item from the stockroom.

Would give zero if possible
Would give zero if possible.
My order arrived open and soaking wet through. My partner was able to see what it was even though it soaked. Ruined her Christmas. Spoke to customer service and to be told its down to royal mail to sort out but you at Superdry never sealed it. 50quid down the toilet. Will never ever buy from you again.

Rubbish delivery service. No item received
Terrible. After waiting about two weeks. I haven’t received my item. Their delivery service with DPD is awful. Superdry and DPD both made errors with taking the address. Superdry accepts any address without checking that it’s correct and DPD just kept making errors after Superdry tried to rectify the error. I’m yet to receive my refund. Very disappointing!

Fits comfortably
I brought a few t-shirts and a skirt. All fit nicely and I'm a girl with curves. Very pleased with the purchases and friendly staff who allow you to browse without interruption but are there when you do need help.
