When I went into the shop, the guy was super helpful and friendly. He found the delivery straight away.

My package said delivered with a picture of it what looked like my post box , but it wasn’t there and my postbox was locked, we all do have the same post boxes around here but I’ve been to every block and nothing, I’m still waiting to hear from superdry

I tried calling customer service to be told the call was costing me £6 plus. I immediately put the phone down but I was charged. Disgraceful. I had a problem with my returns label as it had not been sent to my email address and once you have looked at the label, one is unable to do it again making returns really difficult.
I went to store to change the coat but was told I needed the receipt, The receipt was in my email and there was no internet in the shopping centre. I told them the card I used but still could not or would not help. The bags they arrive in are paper and arrive totally ripped every time. Good for the environment but not good for returning, or even receiving. Superdry update your telephone call charges and be a bit more helpful with your returns.

The coat that I bought was very thin and not worth the money that I had paid for it. However they were helpful when I needed to return the item.

it was a collection order, would be more handy if you created a carrier handle on the parcel or gave me a paper carrier bag.

On line purchase didn't fit. Took item to local store.
And got great service and my pay pal account re paid.
Love the quality of clothes and efficiency of your company, and why I will continue to be a super dry fan.

Did not have my size in store but helpful member of staff ordered it for me for home delivery.
Item arrived when stated and was perfect.
This is my third and won't be my last Superdry jacket

Item was how I expected , collection order , women in store offered me to try it on so if any issue can sort in store straight away , packaged well

Me and my partner use the Plymouth store often, even if it is in passing. The staff are always polite and helpful and nothings seems too much for them

The items I wanted to buy were sourced from within the company and delivered to door within the week. The whole experience was flourless and quick!
