I looked for a jumper for my daughter in the big store in London (Regent street) but the merchandise was displayed in a confusing way. Limited staff and unable to find where the jumpers were displayed.
Eventually a guy came with a gun to find out where it was but he didn't find it.
Sales support non-existent.

Ordered a jacket from your Regent Street store a couple of weeks ago to pick up. it was delivered a week ago to the store, but still no notification as to when I can collect. Has it been lost? I went to the store on Sunday but was told there was no timescale for picking up sometimes it can take a couple of weeks. I think if you want to retain customers you need a far better service than this! Very poor.

I made a purchase from Superdry, the jacket and perfume, the quality of each product is very good as well as they justify the price.

Amazing, jackets were stellar, got what I wanted and the staff were really nice and chill~!

My wife and I had a very positive experience at the Superdry store (Oxford Street). The staff were very helpful and friendly. The variety of styles and types of clothes is amazing 🤩. Also, a big factor that made us to buy more than usual, was the student discount which saved our budget. Thanks for making quality stuff,😉

I was very impressed by the helpful, friendly staff who helped me identify the right jumper to suit my needs. The item was ordered and delivered to store within two days and is just what I wanted; soft, comfortable and a perfect fit at a great price. Five stars

Very good quality and professional service

The shop was OK, but it didn’t have many items with sizes above 2XL. I asked a member of staff if they had a bigger size of the shirt I wanted, and I was told no because it was a sale item (it was on a rack marked as “up to 50% off”). I chose another shirt from the same rack in the size I wanted, but when I went to the checkout, I was charged the original price. When I questioned this, I was told that “up to 50%” could also mean no discount. I was then told that it was a new design, so shouldn’t be on the sale rack at all. This seemed odd, as it was a short-sleeved summer shirt, which I can’t imagine would be released in September. It was no big deal, and I bought the shirt anyway, but I would suggest that the store staff need better training and that it should be made clear what is on sale and what isn’t.

All staff in the store were friendly and helpful. I went in to exchange a dress bought in the airport but the size was too big. I was pleased to see wide variety of clothes and nice environment in the store.

Always excellent quality. Good range. Easy to find sizes and colours on display. Good value. Change rooms clean and convnient.Replaced much of my wardrobe (of older Superdry kit). This review is for the Battersea Power Station store in London.
