His and hers parka coats
Great price, great product (very warm parka coats made with recycled material). Bought from Superdry website in the end and had delivered (arrived very quickly). Tried various shapes and sizes in store at Tunbridge Wells. Didn't have our sizes in the shop in colours we wanted but very helpful assistant. So in the end we both knew we wanted the coats but in a different colour than they had. Found on-line the next day.

Excellent service
Coat on sale was nice. I don't think I'd want to pay full price for it though to be honest.
I picked up the coat from instore and was really impressed by the service. It wasn't difficult to collect and the staff even offered me to try it on before I left which was a nice touch. As someone who buys a lot online and collects in stores that was a rare thing as normally you just get your package and brushed off.

The team in Tunbridge Wells were super helpful ordering a ladies parka online for me when they didn’t have the one I wanted in store. When I returned it the next week to get the next size down the return was very easy and took no time at all. Makes me want to shop in stores rather than online for the service.
