Easy transaction. Friendly helpful staff. The only minus point was the email/text to say that my item was ready for collection, didn't arrive? Went in the store on the off chance.

Unacceptable that no bigger than L sizes available in Derbion store. Also not a single coat available online 3XL when your sizes look to be done for children and not adults.
I weight 97Kgs with 1.8 meters. Not fat just average. Not a single coat to fit me. It’s a appalling

Ordered a coat online, but preferred another colour when I went to collect, so the assistant was very helpful and refunded money from online order. Very happy

Please find better staff. I just left your Stratford location and if it was not for the fact that I really wanted to surprise my wife I would have asked for a refund. I make it a point not to leave bad reviews BUT am going to make an exception.

While making my purchase the sales person asked me the same question 3 times. He seemed more interested in listening to the music than engaging with me. I asked if I could have a larger bag to consolidate some items that I had already purchased. He said "no". I have not issue with the no. He then proceeded to tell me that it is to reduce theft. I said, "I understand". He then tried to explain to me that they have issues with theft a just kept talking. As I approached the exit immediately after making my purchase and well within the line of site of the cash register. I is my feeling (I could be wrong) that he had radioed the security guard to watch me.

I am a middle aged professional Man. It wasn't the kind of experience I expected to have when I entered the store. From now on I will shop online.

Ordered two rucksacks online but non of them were suitable so I went into the Derby store to check if I could return my order in store. While there I was I found just what I was looking for and was able to return my online order at the same time and purchased my lovely new rucksack! Very satisfied customer.

The staff in the Westfield Derby Store, were excellent. They could not have been more helpful and polite. They were able to order the coat I required but had to have the item delivered to my home address. When I received it, unfortunately it was too small and I returned it to the store where they ordered another coat, which because of the excellent Superdry system, was delivered before Christmas.

The hoodie I bought was 100% worth my money. Its warm, comfortable, and is an attractive colour. I particularly like the logo on the front because it gives off that unique modern style which Superdry has. Overall, a great hoodie which is warm and comfy to wear as well as being aesthetically pleasing.

the men's tee-shirts are of really good quality and arrived promptly. i also bought a ladies sweatshirt. very thick and comfortable would strongly recommend

The dress fitted everywhere except it has really long arms!!
