I ordered on line and the goods arrived earlier than expected. Staff were super helpful in finding the item and just as friendly and helpful when I had to return it.
I've had people stop me on the street to ask where I've bought my clothing. Superdry of course!

The jacket I purchased had a hole in…
The jacket I purchased had a hole in where the security tag had been. I phoned the store and the guy on the phone was extremely helpful and I must say his customer service skills were lovely. I ordered a new jacket and went in store to swap the damaged one.
