Didn’t receive order

it was a great gift

They Customer service took several days to respond and when they did they was not helpful, they claim something was delivered that could not even possibly fit in the parcel that was shipped along with another item. Instead of recognizing this, they trying to accuse that the package was tampered with and item was removed. The parcel was in tact and not tampered with, I don't believe the item ever shipped, unless it was seperate packages which does not show on my order tracking. I'm still waiting for some type of solution to resolve this matter being that took my money for the item that I never received.

My daughter loves her coat. I actually got 3 more for the whole family. These are way warmer then north face or goose or Marmot. Don't let the hype fool you. These are quality jackets coats. Heavy duty and warm asf

Never received my item...Cannot reach them in any way...chat icon gone, email no go, delivery check all gone. UPS carrier no notices, and I have no UPS number given me to give UPS from Superdry. Yet, they took my money. Yikes!

The discount code didn’t work even though the jacket was full price. Ordered anyway, but will have to contact customer service which is just a waste of my time.

I will not purchase anything from this company ever again! I’ve emailed them several times and I have received no answer about my missing order that contained my daughter’s Christmas gift as she wanted and needed a new coat. They have no customer service personnel so you end up repeating the same thing over and over again and no solution in sight! Don’t waste your money or your time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!

The jacket that I ordered from your company has not been delivered in almost three and a half weeks. Trying to contact your company is almost impossible because they do not respond to you for at least a week later. And if I have to cancel I cannot do that because I didn't receive the product to return it.

My shipment was most but Superdry got back to me and helped me out. The representative was tentative and explained everything. Just because there was a set back doesn’t mean my world is ending or my day is bad. I made the order again. I can’t wait to get it!
