They kept the GST so I was charged it twice. Robbers!
They collected GST on my order in Australia then failed to provide their NZ GST number to customs. Now I have to pay GST on the whole total. I am being charged GST on the GST because Superdry Australia is incompetent. When I emailed support they sent an email saying "Reebok do not accept responsibility ..". I'm not kidding, they got their own name wrong. Whatever you do, do not spend over $1000 with them or you will waste the next two days working out how to return the order and you will lose a lot of money. I recommend not ordering from this company from NZ.

Lost in transit
Terrible service. Ordered two jackets during the Black Friday sale to be delivered by the worst courier company in the UK Evri/Hermes - status lost in transit and both items are now out of stock.
Why companies continue to use this courier is beyond me. Such a disappointment.

Complaint ongoing so 2 stars equals "benefit of the doubt"
Delivery was fine BUT the garment was a. definitely not the correct size and b. stained or otherwise marked. They seem to have some ideas about customer service - contact phone number is completely absent and their email address is nit exactly front and centre. They steer you towards a "chat line" to explain your issues which is predictably pretty useless...I received an email stating a 48 hour responses (more if over the weekend) which isn't exactly state of the art. I will happily adjust this post in the event the matter is sorted fairly and with alacrity but our relationship hasn't got off to a flying start - just another rotten UK company customer service experience? Let's hope not...

Charging for an item I returned
I recently returned 6 items to Superdry but they've only acknowledged receipt of 5 items. I now have Klarna asking me to pay for an item I don't have! I've contacted Superdry customer service via Facebook messenger and yet to hear back. Really inconvenient and stressful. They were all in the same package, so no idea how this can even happen.
