Customer is on your list the last one!?

Not anymore! Very disappointing!!! Not only recommended sizes were smaller than it should be but mostly sending it to Norway from Belgium!? Not letting customer know about it and return of package costed me 300nok!? You've got stores in Norway and you send goods from Belgium warehouse and not allowing return in store and only to Belgium which I had to found out about when printing return label. Package came without invoice inside so I wonder how you know when you receive it back who was it sent from since post put their label over yours. That was my last order with you. Very disappointed!

(1) Your products are superb in Design…

(1) Your products are superb in Design and Quality.
(2) Your Delivery Service is superb with delivery after 48 hours.
(3) Your return policy is Dubious. Most ogf the the cost og 50 % price reduction is used on return of your products because of very small XXL shirts. Maybee more suitable in the far east than in Europe concerning taille.
Due to this most of your discount is used on return of products, 688.00 NOK.

Wrong refund

I bought an item from them, was wrong size so I had to returned it.
After 2 weeks I've got the refund, under £10 of the price I paid for it.
I've been trying to contact them and is absolutely impossible.
Horrible experience, would not repeat!

Great customer service

I had an issue thst needed resolving. I spoke with Maria who was more than helpful. She took time to listen and then went out of her way to correct everything and ensure my refund was processed on the call.

A really helpful and lovely lady. Really smiley over the phone too.

Hello

The only difficulty for me when ordering online was that the filters you choose to accustom your order bounce back and so you have to repeat the process every time you want to specify your search; maybe it would be a better option to set and clear the filters on your own ? just a thought ;)
otherwise, everything was OK :)

Again...another poor service from Superdry!

Just got an email that my order has been cancelled, although I was assured yesterday on a phone call, that the order is in progress and item will be despatched from a store rather than their warehouse.

Surely if this was out of stock:

a) Your website should have shown as such and not allow me to proceed with a purchase
b) You should not have taken my money and held it for a week
c) you should have become aware as soon as I placed the order
d) When I called customer service, you should have been able to clearly see that and not and promising that item will be despatched from a 'store'

Your online sale is just a scam to attract people to your website! Sort yourself out.

The worst customer experience i have ever had have called on numerous occasions leaving my personal details to call back not once has anyone answered or called back great way to lose customers thats for sure !

Poor Customer Service

Returned a shirt a month ago. No refund received or email to acknowledge receipt of said shirt even though I have the tracking CollectPlus number. I have tried calling (all advisors busy helping other callers, never available), sent numerous emails but still no response and no refund. Shoddy customer service

waiting for my order

Still waiting for my Espadrilles footwear which was in a split order tried to get an update all I got was an automated email which was a waste of time called the phone number no what's to answer it.
Very disappointed you would expect better from Superdry

I don’t trust Superdry’s return depot-…

I don’t trust Superdry’s return depot- this is the second time I have ordered from Superdry and the depot have lost my returns. I mistakenly sent the wrong returns package to Superdry and even though the tracking number shows it was delivered by Collect Plus, their warehouse ‘can’t find it’. Very disappointed by Superdry- they need to sort out their returns warehouse and install cameras because there’s something dodgy going on there!
