I ordered two jumpers on the first of November and they got lost in the depot 7 days later they resent them from the depot and when I asked customer service 5 days ago they said they had been resent. When you look at the tracking they are still in the depot . Very disappointed don’t buy from online

Hello, I got a parcel with a jacket, but i dont fit for me. I would like to return it. How it works?

Please avoid buying online! Spent 950kr for goods, didn't like them! It is not possible to return to the shop!!! Had to pay 220kr for a return to Belgium!!! It's been more then 1 month!! No refund, no confirmationor return!!! LOST 1170KR. Very dissapointed and not happy with the service!!

Size is smaller than other brands. When ordering from Norway from a site in Norwegian the merchandise actually comes from Belgium. Toll and return must be paid by customer - this was not specified on the website.

So disappointed. First time shopping with them. Item arrived with security tag on. Unable to wear as I will not get a replacement in time. Will definitely stick to ASOS.

Free delivery and it actually arrived the next day - even though I only bought a £30 jumper. Unfortunately, I had to return as it was too big but my refund was processed within three days of posting back.....absolutely brilliant service in all ways.

I placed an order with Superdry over a week ago and I did not receive my order. They are a terrible company to get in contact with and when I did they eventually told me my order was lost in transit. If I didn’t chase the company I would still be waiting for my order with no update. They blamed the courier company but it is Superdrug’s responsibility to fulfill their order. Will not be shopping from them again!

It was a bit larger than I expected, not in fitting size but in bulkiness, my medium felt like a large in everything other than my hands and shoulder fitting.
Build quality in first hand looks top notch, not sure how it will last after 5 months to a year of heavy norwegian winter and rain, will have to see. Many pockets and customisability, perfect for travelling, can be used for a comfy pillow or even a blanket since its a parka. Overall quite satisfied with the product and and how fast it was delivered considering how in the middle of nowhere i live.

I was impressed by the delivery time but not so much by the goods! The designs were supposed to be protected by some paper sheet but that thing was glued so hard on the pants that removing the sheet turned out to be very hard and i could not get it all off!

Edit at the end, got my problem resolved.

I've has a superdry jacket for years, now it needs replacing. Tried to order, did not get a confirmation of my order, tried to contact the customer service, who haven't replied to my email. Tried ordering aagain this time with a registered account, after ordering it doesn't show up in my orders, no confirmation. Now I'm wondering if I should try to order again or will I end up with 3 jackets or none.

Edit: Turns out to be some sort of malfunction of the website, which didn't let me finish the whole ordering process. Once I got through, got the verification. Customer service is great on the phone, don't recommend via email.

Arrived very quickly. But was too small. Disgusting that have to pay to return to BELGIUM to exchange. I cannot afford that so will have to sell it on.

No option to give less than 1 so forced to give 1 rating! Its been almost a month and my order is still showing in transit with Hermes. Return was started on July 23rd and its still in transit - dont know to which planet!
I had asked for an exchange with a larger size as the size was not fitting correctly, and not sure when I will receive the exchanged item when its not even reached the destination - not worth waiting for 2 months (assuming it would take same time to get the exchanged item)!!!
