Customer Unfriendly Return Policy
Return payable by customer and return address outside country of purchase made the return expensive and shopping experience less good. When the return happened because of errors in the product it made it all double bad.

Great customer service
I ordered a nice hoodie and a t-shirt to my son. Unfortunately I had problems with the delivery as DHL delivered to the wrong adress and did not remember what adress they had delivered to. I called Superdry and they immediatly sent me a new package. Great customer service!

Good experience
It's a safe, fast way to get a product not easy to find in other places.
They took the order and I got my product as fast as I was told.
Feedback in customer service since I sent an inquiry and then decided to order anyway, I got the product and after one week I received answer to my question.. otherwise I like the experience and of course I love the Superdry cloths. Best quality and sizes suit slim, small bodies.
