the express is really fast and convenient. and customer emial system is quite user-friendly with a timely and fast reply. And for the clothes, they are comfortable and stylist and fashionable. just the return is a trouble due to the high and expensive DHL or Norwegian posten. IF possible, I have the following two suggestions. 1) open a store in Bergen, Norway. 2) when you send me the email, please send a bilingual one. I am a Chinese, totally no knowledge of Norwegian, depending on Google translate.

WORST SERVICE EVER
Me and my husband both ordered sweaters from Super Dry. Mine were fine, but my husbands were too small even though he orderes XL, which he usually fits into. We wanted to send them back to change them, and had to pay a fortune beacause they were sent from Belgium even though they had a .no adress. We assumed that since they had a .no adress it would not be no problem, but since it was in Belgium my husband even had an extra bill from the postal service, so that now he has paid more for the return of the sweaters than for the sweaters themselves. He was annoyed by this and wrote a review on their web pages, resulting them to delete his account!!!! He tried to log into his account to find out whether they had sent new sweaters and could not find his account since they had deleted it. Worst service ever. Such a shame since the clothes are actually of good quality. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND BYING FROM THIS WEBSTORE!

I bought a Micro Jersey Luxe from the Orange Label Collection. Such an amazing product. I already have a couple more Superdry products. Loving them from the day I bought those. And the delivery was quicker than I expected.

It was clearly stated in the terms of conditions that VAT is included in the purchase. Turned out it was not, and an extra fee occurred almost doubling the price of the goods. Superdry have not responded on my request to sort this out. Will not shop at them again, and will advise my friends to stay clear as well!
