I'm still waiting my order... May be Superfood use very bad delivery company ..I spoke to the delivery company- UKMail, they rearrange the delivery for Monday(instead Friday), I was waiting all day.. no delivery. Today, Tuesday I called again.. promised for tomorrow...

I must say the service that superfooduk.com provided was very reliable by replying to the e-mail within 24 hours, made you feel someone was there taking care of your questions, and most of all, the delivery service was on time and the content in the package was all correct. That's all you need from an on-line purchasing service, isn't it?

But I still like to suggest that superfooduk.com should always provide a name of the customer service person who answers the e-mail to their customers to show a strong sense of responsibility.

The item arrived a couple of days after ordering, if it wasn't for the bank holidays it would have been sooner. All present and correct!

My order arrived today, couple of days later than expected, but as we have just had Easter, I expect that had something to do with it.

Very disappointed that one item on my order was not included and noted as 'Out of Stock' on note included. I would have expected to have received an email straight away from them stating item out of stock so I could purchase elsewhere.

Not sure if I will order from them again due to this. Shame as they appear to have a good range of products - providing they are in stock!
