Great hoodie! I was actually very surprised at how great the quality was. Very soft and comfortable and the face printed into the hoodie was very clear. From what I could tell from the tracking information the hoodie came from china so there was a short wait for the item but once shipped it arrived in about a week. Would definitely use again. Ignore the bad reviews!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I never write reviews but I had to for this one. I ordered a 2 face hoodie. You upload the first face on the website and then send the second face via email. I sent two pictures via email and said PLEASE CHOOSE BETWEEN ONE OF THESE PICTURES. Based on the quality.

Instead they decided to use both pictures I sent via email! So now I have two pictures on my hoodie of the same animal and not included my other pet that I uploaded on the website.

You could say that this is a simple mistake but rather than supporting me they have been ignoring my emails. This was a birthday present that has been ruined and I have wasted my money. And to top it off they IGNORE all your emails.

As I can tell by other reviews they often make ‘mistakes’ and then ignore your emails! So don’t bother wasting your money. I wish I didn’t bother.

I ordered one of these on the 4th March and it turned up today I was very nervous because I read the reviews after I ordered it and they weren't good When I opened the parcel I was so surprised it was brilliant. Colours bright the 2 dogs really clear and a lot of reviews said it was bad quality but honestly mine is fine and I absolutely love it

Having ordered and paid for a '2 faces' hoodie and waiting for a month I received a single face hoodie.
Aftet several emails back and forth they have basically blamed my images. No mention of images when ordering though, but its their excuse now.
The '30 day no quibble refund' advertised on their website is a CON!!

SCAM COMPANY. AVOID AVOID AVOID! Scammed me out of my money and would you refund after goods NEVER turning up. Customer service is diabolical. No one can commicate properly. Would be handy if you speak Chinese! DO NOT USE

Item did not arrive, trying to arrange a refund as I order this when it was an ‘in time for Christmas sale’. It’s January and haven’t received this. Customer service is atrocious, been speaking to robots and will not reply. Avoid like the plague!

Like most, I placed my order and then read the reviews. But tracking was clear, it took a reasonable amount of time to come for a personalised gift. The print is fab and the colour is better than shown on the website. Not as thick as the original Oodie brand but you're also not paying Oodie prices. Recipient will love it. Only dropping one star as I had two dogs printed and there is definitely more of one dog on the front. But otherwise great.

I have been scammed.
Bought a hoodie for Christmas and they claimed it was delivered on 29/12. When it has not.
I’ve emailed and contact them multiple times and not one person has helped in the situation. Disgusting customer service.

They claimed EVRI delivered, yet when I spoke to EVRI, they advised there was never a parcel to be delivered.

All I want is a refund and a genuine reply off a human being. I’ve been trying to contact someone for 2 weeks and still nothing!!

THE WORST COMPANY EVER, MONEY STEALING.

I have bought three hoodies as gifts from super hoodie and they have all been great. The hoodie is good quality super soft, comfortable, good size and nice and long. The prints have all came out brilliant on them and everyone I have gave them to has absolutely loved them. I would recommend and I would definitely buy again from this site. The delivery does take a few weeks so give yourself plenty of time to order if you want it as a gift or need it quickly but I haven’t had any problems with delivery all 3 have arrived with no trouble at all

I was a bit worried about my order after reading the reviews and lack of contact. However - it’s just arrived and I actually love it! I’m not sure it’s worth £40 as not heavy quality. Also not sure how long well it’ll wash but it’s for a gift and I’m really excited to give it to be honest. My sister will adore the sentiment.

It did take a while to arrive ( ordered 27/12 and arrived 11/01). It wasn’t clear it was coming from China but I would definitely order again. Have already recommended to friends.

I have ordered two dog print hoodies from this company over the last couple of years and cannot fault them. Both really good quality and have been washed with no problems at all. Will definitely order again.

Wow, received hoodie for a Christmas gift for my granddaughter, it is absolutely beautiful, great quality and the picture of her puppy printed on it is fantastic, to see her delight when she opened it was magical. Highly recommend, just give time for delivery when you purchase.

Absolutely awful experience. The delivery time was nearly a month. The quality is horrific. Looks like they run out of ink. Completely misold the item. The pictures are completely blurred and the fabric is a thin as a pillowcase. Please don’t waste your money. I have 100% been catfished by this website.

AVOID A CON - There was a very obvious misprint on my Super Hoodie; the misprint being someone else’s pet dog on my order. I emailed customer services and their responses were ‘unfortunately this happens…’ paragraph excuses. The products clearly do not go through a quality management check. Since emailing asking for a resolution, the company have continued to ignore me and have not even suggested a resolution. Absolutely disgusting. AVOID. So many other reputable companies that can offer this service. Avoid this one. I’m in contact with Trading Standards regarding this experience. Do not waste your money nor time!

Product itself fantastic. In terms of the print onto the fabric, including the photo shopping that they do at at their end, I cannot fault it.

Yes it takes a while to arrive. Mine took 15 working days exactly and sadly did not arrive in time for Christmas. However the shipping information is available. I only knock one star off as when I placed the order I did ask if it would arrive in time for Christmas, and if it does not I will have to cancel. This question was never answered.

For those complaining about the thickness yes there probably are thicker hoodies out there but this certainly serves it intended purpose. It is not thin and cheap.

In short it's brilliant and it's pleased the person greatly who it was bought for.

I ordered a dog hoodie last year for my partner and I was really pleased with it so I decided to order myself one this year in a different colour. They sent me a cat hoodie and the photo wasn’t cropped as well as the original hoodie. I can live with the photo quality not being as good but they sent me the wrong product and now they are saying I’m not entitled to a refund despite this being their mistake!! I’ve never had a company refuse an exchange or refund when the fault lies with them. Responses from them are extremely slow and I am really disappointed with their customer service this time. Would NOT recommend.

Please do not use this company. I ordered two items in good faith, that they would be delivered in advance of Christmas, however I'm yet to receive anything. I have requested refunds on numerous occasions as it was clear they would not arrive on time, however the communications are ongoing and I'm getting no further forward. Don't waste your money. Complete joke of a company.

Stay away! Took ages for it to arrive. Material is so so awful! Photos given were not checked at their end and sent to me for approval, as if it was I would have never ordered it. Both hoodies were presents and it’s such a poor quality that I could not possibly give it to anyone. So I have lost money and I had no presents. I suppose once you buy from OODIE and realise what the quality should be like, you never buy from anywhere else, especially not from these crooks!
