Ordered 2 hoodies well in advance of Christmas, received them a couple of weeks later one was completely different to my order and wasn’t even a picture of the dog I had sent them…emailed customer service for them to ask for photos etc and they will send the correct one, no apology, no rush, not one care given, can’t give me a tracking number! Been weeks now they just keep telling me to be patient and the wait will be worth it, and that they take great care with there products, is this some sort of joke? Please avoid at all costs, I thought this was a small company from UK but turns out it’s china, I wish I read the other reviews now.

I wish I'd read the reviews before ordering off these crooks.

Ordered a hoodie on 8th December and given no indication when it would arrive. Emailed them 10 days later for an update and requested a refund if they cannot guarantee for Christmas. They refused to issue a refund as the item 'had passed all the quality checks'.

Still waiting for item, will not receive in time for Christmas. Trading standards need to be made aware of this sham company.

I would give zero stars if i could. I trusted this company due to it being English snd small firm. WHAT I GIANT MISTAKE. NEVER ORDER OFF THEM......
i ordered a 2 face hoodie/blanket and paid £51 for it. I text to make sure everything was OK.
They replied yes the SOCKS going ok. Text again not socks 2 faced one. So it arrived finally, a 1 face one not the 2 face one i ordered emailed after email where was it. It was a very special gift for Christmas and i'm disabled so couldn't run down to a shop to replace it. This company needs removing from every platform the review rating says it all. DISGUSTED. ( not got money back either)

Wish I had read this. Ordered 1st December, still no sign of delivery. Now having to buy something else for Christmas gift. No answer to email sent either. Very disappointed. Looks like I am not alone. Expensive mistake. Now off to buy further last minute Christmas presents to make up for it.

Overall extremely happy with my order! Received in time for a Christmas gift, decent quality and good customer service after emailing to check on my delivery date. The only small fault is it’s slightly thinner than expecting and the cuffs are white where I was expecting them to be red to blend with the hoodie. Sceptical after all the bad reviews however I’m very happy with my order, thank you! Order number SHE21600

I ordered a hoodie at the end of November and after reading the reviews become very concerned with what I was going to receive, the company replied to every e mail, it was tracked right upto when I received it and it has just arrived and I am absolutely delighted with the product.

Absolute joke of a company, avoid at all costs, emails are responded to with an automated response you never get a clear answer, had to claim my money back through my bank, DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR ORDER.

Terrible took 3 wks to come and when it did wow the quality is cheap and the picture was the Discoloured, complained and they basically just said tough that’s how it is , if they can’t provide good quality products they shouldnt sell them specially when charging so much,
I have complained to my bank and been reimbursed by them what a waste of time , disgusting customer service . If I could give them a big fat zero I would

I am editing this original review, as I have actually received my parcel today. It did all seem a little fishy with the address missing and emails getting sent back, but I'm guessing because it was coming from China, which i was unaware of, the communication wasn't the best.

I've ordered a hoodie but when I looked my shipping address wasn't complete, but i know i entered my full address so i contacted them. They replied saying my order had already been shipped and there's nothing they can do and have now blocked my emails!!

I bought 1 of this hoodies for my daughter. After buying i saw the reviews, and really thought i was scammed. But i wasnt. It took about 3 weeks to arrive, it came from china, and tracking was available throughout. The hoodie is gorgeous, super soft, the cropped dog face was amazing. I can only give it 5*. Thank you ever so much. Just wished i could upload a photo to prove it.

Messed up my order. Refunded me £2!! When I paid £51??? The hoodie itself was awful material and the customer service was even worse.

I bought this my best friend and she never takes it off! It’s so cute, funny and super soft! Love it!

Don’t even want to give one star as I paid for a personalised hoodie a week ago, money has gone out of bank but no confirmation email. I have emailed a few times but no reply. Everything else I have ordered online has sent confirmation email as soon as ordered. Getting worried now,

They cut off part of our dog's face from the photo and when I contacted support for it they denied everything and then stonewalled me saying it passed their quality check.

Abysmal product and worse customer service.

To update my review below I have now sent 11 emails over 11 days and still no refund or even a reply. They have now blocked me on their Facebook page. Honestly do not give this company your money!! They do not send orders and their customer service is so bad. Save yourself time and money and order elsewhere!!

I placed an order in October and when seeing that delivery was attempted a few times I emailed customer services. They told me to check address which I did and there was no street name or house number, maybe my fault but not sure how I'd be able to place order like that but I did.
I went on the website and there is absolutely no way of changing address and superhoodie said as its past quality control they won't resend item nor will they refund.
Absolute disgrace. I've paid £41+ for something I will never receive.
It's very strange that all the help on their site does not give any help on change of address, what sort if company is this????

Read other reviews after ordering and was slightly worried about what I would receive but honestly the process was faultless, the quality is absolutely amazing, the pictures are really good too, delivery was very quick. Very happy with my purchase & would definitely recommend!

Very disappointed with the service of this company doesn't state that its made and posted from China or it takes 4 to 5 weeks for delivery as wen I ordered it I thought it was an English company so would never order from this company ever again

Ordered on the 15th January and it still hasn't arrived, we are now at the 2nd March. They've given me a Evri link that doesn't work. Absolutely appalling customer service. Save yourself and avoid. Still no refund

Absolute rubbish, took over a month to arrive, it’s of very poor quality, cheap and thin, I paid £53 for this rubbish. It was a gift for my daughter, she didn’t even get it for Xmas. Would never EVER order from them again. Take my advice and go elsewhere and save your money!!!!
