Wasted money
Wasted money. I ordered a personalised hoodie at the beginning of December as a present and it arrived too late. As it became obvious that it was not going to reach me by Xmas I tried to cancel and get my money back but was told no. I now have an unwanted item in my wardrobe that is of no use to me. I wasted £50. I notice only 5 star reviews make it onto their website

Super Hoodie ( name is a joke!!) taking no responsibility. Have told them that if goods don't arrive by Friday then consider order cancelled.

Do not use this company.
I ordered the hoodie at the start of December and it arrived with Evri, then was sent back (without making its way to me), then was redispatched and again returned to the seller, without coming to me first. Its now 13th February and I've had very little contact from this company throughout, except a couple of sarcastic answers, telling me to be more patient 😅
What an absolute joke! Now to try and get a refund... wish me luck!
Nice idea but a risk
We bought an oversized hoodie with a personalised picture of our cat for our daughter. The product is ok. My daughter loves it. It's soft and cosy but a little thinner than others available. The photo crop is not amazing but it's print is good. Biggest problem is customer service and delivery. It took just over a month to arrive with no tracking. Customer services were no use. Their website only seems to show 5 and 4 star reviews. My 3 star review never went on. I wouldn't be confident of getting my money back if something went wrong.

Disgusting customer service I ordered before Xmas but to the postal strike I received after Xmas which I totally understand! But they sent the wrong image on the hoodie! They said they would redo the hoodie! I then get a notification saying it’s been delivered! When I checked it was sent to a completely wrong address! They wouldn’t accept this at first then said they would resend it to the correct address. This was about 3 weeks ago and still not received it! I have messaged on Facebook and sent several emails but they are ignoring me!!

Hoodie came back and image hadn’t been edited or cut when wrote to complain and send back their response said they couldn’t do anything about it very disappointed even checked their policy and it said full refund on return.. like all they had to do is crop the image ever so slightly and they didn’t .
Just received my hoodie as a gift
Just received my hoodie as a gift. There was due to be my 2 dogs on the product which was paid for but only one dog. Poor communication, poor delivery and you can get better from Primark for less hassle

Ordered at the beginning of December with the assurance I would have this before Christmas - Still waiting for item to be dispatched despite chasing several times! My advice don't order from this company - wish I had checked on "Trust Pilot" before I ordered!
Avoid SuperHoodie - Awful company
Awful company, avoid at all costs. Ordered a hoodie with two photos, one of son and one of daughter for their mum's xmas pressie. Ordered in time for Xmas according to their advertised delivery times. Hoodie turned up on new years eve. When opened it only had the picture of my daughter on it. As you can imaging my 8 year old son was pretty upset! Anyhow mistakes happen and I thought no problem, I'm sure Superhoodie will resolve the issue. Oh how wrong I was - they refunded the £2 additional charge for the second photo but refused to do anything further - so we've now got a hoodie which is not what we ordered, is pretty poor quality and they have refused to do anything about it. I will endeavour to get in touch with trading standards but don't hold out much hope as looking into it they don't seem to be a registered company and don't list a company address etc. May as well have thrown £50 down the drain.

I ordered a hoodie middle of November for Christmas still do not have the hoodie! Contacted 4 times now and get the same response tell me to be patient. Contacted evri and they said super hoodie need to contact them but they’re refusing. I have now put in a claim with PayPal!

I ordered a hoodie for my granddaughter on 6 December hoping it would be here in time for Christmas. It has been 4 weeks and I am still waiting! I have emailed them 3 times and get the same standard response. I have demanded a refund and have been told they can't refund because they are custom made.i did receive an email saying it had been shipped but that was 5 days ago.
Don’t bother
Ordered at beginning of December after specifically asking on their Facebook page whether it would arrive for Christmas. Now NYE and still no sign of the hoodie. Asked them to refund for late/non delivery and keep receiving standard refusals. They also removed negative comments and their own comment confirming delivery would be made before Christmas from their Facebook page. I have now asked my bank to do a chargeback via the credit card I paid on.

Edit . Parcel came this afternoon via evri . The picture quality is good but the item itself is quite thin. Not bald as per previous reviews. Would I buy again…no not for the price, but my daughter will be made up.

Spent £150 on three hoodies and I can’t believe the quality. They are so thin and cheap looking. The sleeves are basic looks nothing like the design shown on the website. I would avoid this company at all costs unless they lowered their prices and you know what to expect

They only printed 1 of the 2 pictures on the hoodie. It's very cheap and thin. Customer service don't reply to messages. Had to go through PayPal to force a refund.

Hoodie arrived and was extremely poor quality. Picture was fine but the hoodie was almost bald under the arms, neck and round the pocket. Contacted customer service who have refused to refund me even though the over a 30 day money back guarantee. Don’t waste you money you get better quality from primark.
