Just don’t buy from here!
Should be an option for 0 stars! Dropped on the doorstep in a busy street with nobody home and just disappears. Mia in customer service has been absolutely appalling and despite the responsibility lift delivery lying with the seller they just continue to signpost to EVRI! If this product had a photo of my child and not my pony I would have gone to the police!!!! The worst customer service ever and really not worth even looking at the product

Shocking customer service
Been waiting for my hoodie since ordering on 2nd of november!
Have been told several times it has been despatched although hermes have had nothing enter their network relating to my delivery. Refusing to give me a refund too

Took ages to arrive but product is great
I honestly thought this was a scam. My husband ordered 7th Dec and money was tsken but he received no confirmation. They turned off comments on their facebook page as several ppl were moaning item not arrived. I was convinced it was a scam. Then a few days ago (after christmas) the parcel turned up. I have to say it took ages but the hoodie itself is awesome! I feel bad as i wrote on their page it was probably a scam before they turned comments off xx
