An absolutely terrible company. Placed an order, asked for details over email, they never replied. Asked a couple more times for them to confirm and they cancelled the order. Despite THEIR OWN given time to return thousands of pounds they haven't done so and have refused to address the question of when we'll get our money back. We are instituting legal action.

Appalling over email, almost impossible to contact over the phone. Some people might get their orders, for many it's like playing Russian Rouette with four chambers loaded.

Avoid this company!

Extremely rude and abusive on e-mail, had to raise a dispute with my bank as no refund received after they cancelled the order with no explanation, only to have received a part refund eventually!

Very suspect company with very poor approach to customer service, god knows how they’re still in business and if you did receive your goods then you were one of the lucky ones!

Thankfully my bank is dealing with this and will never use them again.

I ordered some lights from this company but was sent the wrong product. I’ve tried contacting them via a form on the website and email but have so far had no response. They have a phone number but it’s just a recorded message saying they no longer use the phone due to Covid!

I get that mistakes happen, that’s fine but when you can’t contact them to get it resolved it’s a problem. I definitely won’t be using this company again.

Update: Still no response from ST. I’ve now received a refund via my credit card company, despite ST challenging this with them and then asking for more information on the order details via TrustPilot about this review to try and get it removed!

I ordered a set of rear lamps for my RR Evoque, i enquired as to how long before they would arrive. I was told they we’re not in stock and would be about 4 weeks. I waited, after 6weeks I asked again no reply. Finally i said if you cant supply please me a refund £256.00 inc.
its now been 20days and no refund or parts. Correspondence from this company is minimal and non informative or just non existent. If you feel this a poor review i’ve got all the emails regarding the transaction which i will be taking to my solicitor very shortly.

How can run a legit company without a telephone that takes calls.

If you've already looked at reviews for this company then finding another bad one won't come as a surprise. I wish I'd looked myself before doing business with them but like most people I guess we just trust a business to be fair and above all honest. Do yourselves a favour and avoid Supertweaks.. You probably will not get your order and will have to go through your bank to get your money back. You will not get an apology nor an explanation from Supertweaks but what you can expect is lies, false delivery dates, quotes from the companies 'Terms and conditions' that don't actually exist and ignored emails. Oh yeah they don't answer the phone any more because of covid (yawn!!) It's incredible that a company like this are allowed to trade and the fact that they have 3 stars on here is unbelievable when the majority of customers are nowhere near satisfied! So to sum up, if you actually expect to receive what you order or a refund then stay away and shop elsewhere.. If you don't mind theft and ignorance then use supertweaks.. They are the experts.

You are obviously more concerned about what is said here than actual customer satisfaction. I have just been contacted by Trustpilot asking if I could provide more information for you so you could resolve my issue or respond accordingly. Maybe try replying to your customers emails? You have all the information and have had more than enough time to deal with my issues.. YOU chose to ignore me. Deal with it!

LOL. These guys really, really don't like a bad review. Our business website's online form is now being inundated with offensive messages/personal insults - an example **** *** BALDY & similar. It's all pre-school level stuff that your average 6 year old would be proud of, pathetically amusing to a small degree, but for the fact that they are clearly prepared to search you out personally on the internet in order to do this to sites/pages linked with you that have nothing to do with the failed transaction you had with their company. Others have reported similar treatment/insults/profane emails so it is obviously their thing when they feel foiled. So, not only thieves and conmen but nasty, abusive stalkers too. Never mind, all more ammunition to get this pair struck off as Company Directors. That they have the time for this makes it evident that negative reviews, albeit very honest and genuine, really must affect their bottom line and they don't like that.
PS. I have a rather lovely, full head of hair.

Still waiting for a $1,083.00 refund from Super Tweaks. I ordered two parts from them. 9 weeks later, they still hadn't sent them. When I emailed them to ask why, Rob informed me that the shipping would be significantly more than what I had already paid 2+ months ago when I placed my order. When I asked why they hadn't contacted me for 64 days about the (supposed) issue, Rob hit me with a barrage of homophobic and bigoted phrases. After some choice exchanges via email (he also had some insults for our US President), I let him know that I'd be reporting my experience on a few review sites. Based on Google and TrustPilot reviews, it appears that Super Tweaks has a lengthy history of taking money from people and not delivering products nor issuing refunds. Do yourself a favor and read the DOZENS of fraud reports about this company before doing business with them. I'm not the only person they've ripped off. I'm lucky I may only be out $1,083.00. Some people are out $3,000.00+ and unable to gain recourse because they are located outside of UK. Live and learn I guess.

I ordered parts over 4 months ago and they never turned up. I contacted them to cancel and get a refund but the money was never refunded! As others have said, avoid this company.
They are a SCAM!!!!!

My first time using this company and therefore only 4 stars, quick delivery and happy with products.

I ordered two parts, after weeks of waiting I contact them and was told one of the parts was on back order to them. I asked for the instock part to be sent which they did, I chased the back ordered part and they said it had been sent with the first part which is a lie, they didn't have the part at that time. They are now ignoring my emails and when you phone them the answer machine says they are not taking calls due to covid, I will never buy from this company again and will be taking them to small claims court to get the money back for the part they never sent!

I had a great experience with Super Tweaks. Ordered an exhaust system for my F355 and received in two weeks. Good comms and decent service. Thanks lads.

Super Tweaks are really good. I was hesitant to order due to some of the negative reviews here, however tried the first order and received promptly, the second time I enquired about have a part fitted, dealt with Sam who was very good, came to their workshop and they looked after me, very happy with them and would definitely recommend them.
I think before you leave a review may be write to them as fellow humans and not as the bad guys, it's easy in this world of online internet to attack a business and then just leave them a negative review. Not really fair when it's a bunch of decent people trying to put food on their families plates like most if not all of us. As I said, I got good service, I met them and I found them to be very good.

Initially when I read reviews through here, I was very skeptical about the company. However their prices are very competitive and much cheaper than other suppliers. I took the risk and place a small order. I did not face any problem and I placed my second order.

Yes they might not be responding immediately, but they are (Ricky) very helpful and solve you problems.

Their deliveries are on time and I do not face any delays.

Literally the worst. 3 months and no parts and no money back. Total scammers, calling the cops. Do not be scammed by them!

Knowledgeable and friendly people here, I needed advice with some accessories, emailed and received a reply within three hours, suffice to say Ricky was a great and his emails were clear and concise. Much nicer to deal with than the local dealer. Will defiantly use again.

They have basically stolen my money. I ordered two items for my Ferrari 360 both didn’t turn up the offered my money back which I accepted that was many many months ago since then I have had my lawyer threaten them to no avail I also reported them to the trading standards again nothing back. Do not under any circumstances use these people they are thief’s
Trying to track them down is impossible they have erased themselves from the Internet.

Ordered a model Defender for a birthday gift but after not receiving any update regarding despatch after a week I check on the order status which was still "processing". Made contact and explained that this was for a birthday gift and that if they couldn't ship immediately from on hand stock to refund me. This was agreed to but after 6 weeks still no refund and their response is that that it has been "processed" with no attempt to engage further.

Clearly from the numerous similar experiences here, this is a pattern of deliberate behaviour and they should be avoided.

Thankfully I paid by credit card. Visa are pursuing the case and have credited my account in the mean time.
