DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY.

They are running what’s called a refund scam, they sit on your order for a part that they don’t have, they wait for you to get frustrated with the delays and request a refund, the company then gladly goes ahead and refunds you but only 80% of the order value, they call this a restocking fee of 20%. This is supposedly in their terms and conditions which you cannot find anywhere on their website, they do not sent these terms and conditions with your order confirmation, I have informed the police and Sagepay their merchant provider.

I placed an order on the 3th of Dec and it is now the 28th and I have neither been refunded or sent the parts I bought.

Please do not buy from here, awful company and the fact over 50% of their reviews are bad speaks volumes.

The owners called me a terrorist because of my name and my bank is now trying to get the money off them. They simply won’t give me back my money even though they sent me their refund confirmation emails a month ago.

This company is running a scam, do not buy from here!!

I ordered my parts and waited and waited with no communications from this company on and off for two years so, i wrote a review. Trustpilot was told that my review was fake by Supertweaks. Trustpilot asked me for records which i provided and was verified by Trustpilot. Even after i was verified by
Supertweaks, the comapny still has not contacted to provide my items which i paid for and Supertweaks took my money.

Have never received a redund of €3,400 despite many reminders. Is it normal that a company does not provide a refund? Answer is no - so if you want to do business with this company then you should expect problems

Super tweaks limited is a scam, I lost £359.39.
Some of the items I ordered are always on backorder for more than three months. Ask for a refund, and they are saying they are processing a refund, it has been 2 months in Nov 2021.
One of the times they send was wrong. I have returned the item and they are saying they haven’t received it. I have given evidence from the delivery provider. I wasted the delivery cost too.

I have nothing to really add to advise anyone others than attached below the last message from these professional scammers following my e-mail taking further steps to secure a refund - if this is not warning enough of what your dealing with then what is? ( the last reference re sheep is because I live in Wales!)

Go .........yourself. Continue the saga. Let’s see where it gets you sheep ........... 😂

I purchased some after market rear lights for my Evoque as they appeared to be in stock with an estimated delivery of 3-5 days. I waited for around a 7-10 days before thinking something might be a miss and it was at this stage I checked Trustpilot, on seeing all of the negative reviews the alarm bells starting ringing full belt! I wanted to give Super Tweaks the benefit of doubt so pinged them an email asking for an update, to be fair they responded quite promptly, but with the news that the part wasn’t in stock and had an estimated 2-4 week lead time before it was expected to land in the UK. Now although I wasn’t best impressed, again I thought I’d give them the benefit of doubt given that there are global supply issues due to various reasons so I advised that I would be happy to wait the 4 weeks and if in the event the parts were still in transit (ie. not in the UK) then I’d like a full refund. The 4 weeks came & went and low & behold, no parts or correspondence from Super Tweaks so I pinged them another email asking for a full refund. Again, to be fair they responded relatively promptly and advised that I should receive my refund in up to 14 working days however the 14 working days soon passed by and there was no sign of my refund. I pinged them an email asking for evidence that they had processed my refund and that’s when they turned quite hostile towards me and advised that they would be ceasing communication with me from there onwards. And that leads me to where I’m currently at, no sign of a refund and Super Tweaks have gone radio silent on me and not responding to my emails. I would advise anyone considering to make a purchase from these clowns to think again. I just wished I’d checked Trustpilot before dealing with them myself! It wouldn’t surprise me if there was no shop and they’re just con artists ripping people off day in, day out. There’s enough reviews on here that would suggest this, also it’s strange that there’s a warning of fake reviews, probably the Super Tweaks scam team hitting up Trustpilot with a load of fake reviews saying ‘how great an experience’ it was dealing with them! Anyway, that’s my experience, I hope you’re reading this pre-purchase rather than post ripped off! My plan of action is to report them to citizens advice, trading standards & the police. And FYI you can also report them on GOV.UK by complaining about a limited company, there’s also a form you can fill in to try and claw back your money!

this website will take your money and go. be very careful of buying anything here. i have recently bought a long list of items for my new defender and 4 items were missing from the shipment. i have been trying to contact them for the past 10 days with no luck. they have replied only last Monday saying we don’t work on weekends and that’s it. now I found out a friend of mine has his money pending with them for 3 months and they haven’t even replied to him. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.
my last attempt will be to claim the money via the visa card and file them for fraud.

Please read all the negative comments and multiply by 10 at least for those that were scammed and did not post.
I won't bore you with the details. Six plus months of excuses and then "we refunded your money, no really we did" total lies.

I should have read the reviews of this company before ordering.
I ordered two sets of New Defender deployable side steps, they say they were available in stock

I initially made payment by credit card, it was a successful transaction, but then they cancel the transaction.
they just want to be paid by bank transfer

after the payment was made they never send the goods.
they don't answer the email

I always ask about the delivery schedule via email every day.
this makes them "pretend" to be angry because of my email
unilaterally they cancel the transaction and will refund my money which is not happening until now

So far no money refunded and they never responded to my email

this is my 2nd review, I bought a product 6months ago and it seems this website are scamming people please be carful as my money was taken by them and they ghosted me while I tried contacting them through emails, I created a new Email and they responded to me as I am a new buyer once I explained my situation, he blackmailed to delete my first review to be able to get my money back on top of this he insulted me. Customer service is very bad and they are just a bunch of scammers please don't fall toward there scam.

I was looking for a couple of parts for my Land Rover Discovery that Supertweaks had at a good price. I sent them an email to confirm stock availability and within 30 minutes a guy called Sam had got back to me. Put my order in the following day as a guest user and immediately got an email confirmation. Within 24 hours I got a dispatch notice and my parcel arrived couple of days after that. I can only speak from experience but in my view Supertweaks provided a good service at a good price and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again despite the negative reviews written elsewhere.

Had to change rude language to upload review!!

Since then the customer service rep has posted on my google business account with poor reviews. He is a small petty man. I still haven't got a refund on my cancelled order and I have made a Police report which they are following up.

This business practice is one of the worst I have ever experienced.

Ordered a couple of light units for an evoque. Parts did not say out of stock and delivery was estimated on the delivery page of around three days.

The items are still undelivered and out of stock as I found out once paid. The estimated time was one month, then another two weeks.

Still no lights. The team who email back have been rude and unhelpful at best.

Shop elsewhere I advise.

Awful business, which doesn’t communicate with their customers.
Wish I had come to this site first before I made an order. Now out of pocket £290. Will be requesting a refund ASAP and they getting in contact with my credit card company if they can’t comply, which I will most likely have to do after looking through the reviews on here.

Stay away from this company. They are good till they get your money. Once they get your money you will get nothing. Not even a reply

Bunch of liars and scammers.

Hi all. I ordered a JLR Boot-liner from supertweaks about a week ago. I did this before I read all of these reviews on Trust Pilot so I was a little bit anxious. Anyway the product was a better price than I could find it anywhere else and it was a genuine JLR accessory. Once i ordered I received a confirmation email and was told to reply to that email if I had any queries. Everything went quiet for a couple of days so I queried when the product would be delivered. A couple of days later I got a response (so it was a little slow) but it was confirmed the product would arrive via FedEx in 2-3 days time. This morning (day 3) it landed, and the product is great - the genuine JLR accessory I was after at a good price. Having read all the negative reviews on here, I wanted to share with you my experience. It wasn't perfect (e.g. a few days to respond to emails etc.) but overall I am a satisfied customer.

DREADFULL!!! Worst company I’ve ever dealt with, rude, unhelpful and still waiting a full refund... no replies to emails so now I’m having to contact trading standards and my bank to recover my funds...

My experience with this company has been 1st class
