Supertweaks responded slowly to query

After 2 days of placing my order, I needed to change the delivery address of my order, but it was showing status of "processing" .After leaving a number of message, I received an email advising high sales volumes and supertweaks advised my order would be despatched around a week after is placement.

Had to take to court to get a refund

Purchased and paid over £700 for a Porsche exhaust silencer. After no communication I had to constantly keep emailing them as they don’t answer the phone. After eight weeks and no exhaust I requested a refund. I did receive a message saying that they would refund. But didn’t. After another six weeks and lots of emails no refund in sight I had to start court proceedings. Eventually after informing them I had started court proceedings and the court had contacted them I did get my money back. So three and a half months in total and a court case to get my money. I do not consider this good customer service.
Do yourself a favour. Read the negative reviews very carefully before you buy from this company and then decide for yourself if you wish to risk using them. I wish I had.
I found the company so unreliable, with very bad communication and no help whatsoever. I had the feeling the objective was to keep my money as long as possible.

still at it ? they do not know model of cars, assuming they no nothing about vehicle, may as well be door salesman. no nothing about cars. stuck with parts that do not work. purchased again from other company.

They are the most horrible internet…

They are the most horrible internet based car parts site!!!!!!!

I ordered my parts in August of 2018. First of all they did not let me know that the parts were not available and they had to order it to their manufacturers until almost a month later when I asked them what the status was. Their customer service representatives are crude and totally useless blaming their unresponsiveness on it being sent to the SPAM folder. I have been receiving their emails just fine till they choose to be unresponsive. A horrible site ran by horrible irresponsible people with no regard to customers. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM as you will definately be disappointed. The only thing they are good at is collecting your payment and thats about it. 82 emails and 3 months later they still didnt respond to me about my products that I purchased and the subsequent cancellation that I made. They are horrible people to deal with.

Do NOT order parts from SuperTweaks

I wish I would have read about ALL THE BAD reviews on this company SuperTweaks prior to ordering parts with them.
Back in July I ordered StarTech accelerator, break and foot resting pedals along with some lettering.
When I received the package from SuperTweaks It DID NOT INCLUDE the proper pedals as I had ordered.
I took a picture of the box with what was sent and it was clear they had again as in other post it sent what was ordered.
After co rafting them via email they said “They appproved the return but NOT pay for postage even though it was clearly as stated by a SuperTweaks “Their Mistake”
I packed up all the merchandise in the same packaging and same box and sent it back by my cost for postage.
When they refunded money back to me is WAS NOT A FULL refund but just a refund for the part they mistakenly sent leaving a balance of over $300 USD from the original order.
Even though there is documentation showing they received ALL PARTS they will no longer answer my emails and I am going to have to go through my credit card fraud department to try and get the rest of the money back.
Again DO NOT ORDER from this company and read all their poor reviews.

Worst company I have had the misfortune to deal with in recent times.

I am absolutely kicking myself for not reading the reviews on here BEFORE ordering as sadly my experience has substantiated every negative review I have since read:

They have not answered any of my many calls and do not return any messages left.

They respond to emails selectively and slowly and only seem to reply immediately when threatened with bad reviews being left.

They do not provide delivery tracking information despite being asked repetitively and do not deliver to time-frames.

They supplied incorrect goods and refused to correct their mistake by dispatching the correct items until they received back the wrong ones.

They then supplied faulty/inferior quality goods which I have since returned for a full refund.

So unless you enjoy disappointment, being ignored, waiting in for deliveries that do not take place and standing in post office queues, then, for your own sanity, avoid this company.

This would have to be the worst company…

This would have to be the worst company I have ever dealt with...the sales staff have no motivation to sell goods... All i wanted to do is purchase an item on their website, they had issues with processing the transaction, I basically just wanted to place an order and the email response I received from the manager was underwhelming. Wow who ever the owner of this business is they really need to look at systems and sales staff. I suggest you stay away!

Excellent Service...!!!👍

I bought an item online, but had a problem with my order payment. I rang them, and it was dealt with promptly and without fuss. The item itself arrived promptly and communication with them was excellent.

I would highly recommend then, and will use them again.

Supertweaks were extremely helpful 😇

Supertweaks were extremely helpful in finding the correct part for my car. They called the manufacturer to double check and cross reference, and then emailed back to say that they can get hold of the part for the following day. Fast communications and delivery were very quick.
Highly recommended from me.

Stay away

Stay away, will be reporting to trading standards. Please please do not use this company! I ordered online through their site a Audi R8 Carbon interior surround. I left it 4 weeks, telephoned about 10 times and left message after message on their answerphone. Then sent about 8 emails, no replies. Then I called again and a very arrogant man told me it was being made and had to wait a further 3 weeks. I waited another 4 still nothing, I then got 1 email saying they were having difficulties with their supplier, I email back and no reply. Enough was enough, so I instructed my solicitor, I got a full refund only because of my solicitor and on the credit note a stupid excuse of card details didn’t match my address? Which it did and they had my money for nearly 3 months!!! Please please stay away, it did not have my item in stock despite saying it was and has 0 after sales service. Please stay away.

Ordered some parts for my Range Rover on Super Tweaks online store, called up for some clarification, dealt with Sam who was very friendly and helpful. Dispatch was pretty much immediate and package arrived promptly and well packaged (maybe too well haha). Super Tweaks have gained another happy customer 👍

Makes a change to deal with a company…

Makes a change to deal with a company that really understands it's products and market place.
I wanted some parts for my Ferrari a friend recommended Super Tweaks, a quick phone call and initial chat and follow up email with the information I requested. They had exactly what I needed in stock and at a fraction of the cost from the official Ferrari dealership in Singapore.
Personal thanks to Ricky who looked after me from start of finish, was knowledgable and prompt in all his communications with me.

Clear and easy to use website with a good product range

Clear and easy to use website with a good product range.

Ordered online, email confirmation received. Kept very well informed of the order status and an email upon despatch which provided me with a tracking number for their courier.

All in all a good expirience and quality products for my Ferrari.

I'm having similar issues to Johan

This order has been reported twice - There is no personal information on this email. I've removed the order number i was given although I thought this may help Supertweaks identify the case. I'm just trying to highlight the ridiculously poor service I received when trying to buy online. I suspect the supplier is unhappy with a poor review of their company and service however i'm perfectly within my rights to display my experience. If there are specific "personal" items that need to be redacted please advise and I will gladly assist.

I'm having similar issues to The other reviewer. Extremely poor feedback on the order. Waiting over three weeks already for delivery from UK to Ireland.

The phones are never answered and go to a generic robotic message that all agents are on calls. The website claims excellent customer support but I've called for three solid days now and no call back despite promise on voice message. They have taken my money and not fulfilled their end of the bargain. Will not deal with them again and am getting onto the bank today to seek a refund

Updated Just to give you an idea of who you are dealing with see below.

BEWARE!!!!!!

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with, I ordered black lettering for a Range Rover Sport (front & rear) plus a letter removal tool. The alarm bells should have rung when I saw the template which looked like something out of a cornflake packet and to make matters worse was completely the wrong size so had to devise my own system. I also didn't have any confidence in the removal tool so used dental floss which worked fine.
Upon fitting the letters it became apparent that the letters varied dramatically in colour and thickness. Supertweaks insisted that the letters were returned before replacements were sent out despite me supplying them with photo evidence clearly showing the fault with the letters.
Having lost all confidence in them, I returned all lettering plus the tool for a refund via recorded delivery.
To my disbelief, they only refunded the cost of the letters and denied receipt of the lettering tool. Although this was a relatively low cost item (£14), for them to deny receiving it was disgusting and highlighted their dishonesty. Fortunately I used my credit card who honoured the difference which if anyone is desperate enough to use this company I recommend they do.
Overall, the whole buying experience and quality level of customer service was disgusting
Final piece of advice......RUN A MILE!!!

Made an order on the 9th of December of …

Made an order on the 9th of December of a Carbon console for a Porsche. I still haven't recived anything. I've been trying to call multiple times but no answer on their end. I've been in contact with their customer service but i rarly get a response. When I do it's because I threaten to claim my money back from the bank. The only good thing is their Facebook chat whoever is in control of that. That guy/girl at least answers on the msg but then again he/she cant help with anything. Now almost 4 1/2 months later im still waiting for my carpart. This is by far the worst company I've ever delt with and I do not recommend anyone to deal with them ever. Theres an extreme lack of communtication and no delivery times or updates what so ever.

On top of this last time I inquire about my order someone at the company started off by telling me ''not to swear''. Like really?

Do not use this company

Shocking company.... Ordered items... No tracking number given... Asked for items to be resent and did not... Many emails sent still waiting for refund this was 3 weeks ago... Beware as do no pick up the phone... Reply to emails days later... Poor customer service...

Poor service and customer care

5 months later (March 2017) still haven't received item.
Left various voicemail messages along with emails.
No response.
Now requested refund via Credit Card Company.
Extremely dissapointing, poor service.
