While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Feels a bit spammy and suspect. Every alert has zero results within current subscription level but always a number of results in paid for subscription level. If it continues I may be unsubscribing.
Powered by our database, which is the UK and Republic of Ireland's largest database of public sector contracts, our tender alert service is designed to make finding public sector contracts as easy as possible for your growing business.

This is a paid service - it pretends to be free but they just spam you with emails to upgrade your account. You can't do anything using the free account.
Never trust this company. Currently getting legal advice to get my money back. They take free tenders from the gov website and then sell the subscription on thinking they are the only people who have access to the tenders which is not true. Do not use them. You can get the info for free and the tenders for free from the direct.gov website.
Not sure I'm very comfortable with having to pay to upgrade before being given the chance to know more about the opportunity presented in the alert.
They underhandedly name one of their subscription options as 'Monthly'. I subscribed to 'England- 1 Month'. I subsequently cancelled a few days later having found no benefit to this subscription, but my debit card was charged for a second month without even being invoiced. I contacted 2 of their customer service agents and had no apology. They refused to offer a refund and simply stated that this was in their terms and conditions.
Their terms and conditions for subscriptions can only be found on one part of the site and does include: 'This paid-for subscription will commence from the date of first purchase and be for a minimum period of either two (2) months, six (6) months or twelve (12) months depending on your chosen payment frequency.'
Perhaps naming it a 2 monthly plan might be more appropriate rather than an apparently ambiguous title of 'monthly'.
Garbage, there are many better tender sites out there for free.
Every tender on there requires you to upgrade your subscription. Don't bother with this site!!

I have been trying to delete a old profile on this site for months with no success. Helpdesk emails go unanswered. It seems to be modeled on the most aggressive data retention policies that would be associated with spam sites and always on an upsell mission. There must be better alternatives out there...

Pointless amount of emails for services we haven’t registered for. You can’t unsubscribe even when you do you still end up with emails. Emails sent to them are ignored.

Constantly bombarded me with emails to buy, I asked this to stop and was ignored. Someone has a look at GDPR use within the company.

We have given a 3. Mainly due to getting used to the site. Also being noticed.
Maybe a future vote will be better.
A difficult to use system with less than intuitive search facilities plus no way of contacting anyone for help.

difficult to follow
expensive
difficult to get help
made for big business only

Pretty hopeless. Literally everything I search for comes back saying I need to up my subscription. This stops you viewing the details to see if it is even suitable. The England subscription is £45 per month, which seems a lot to stump up to literally view what the details of a requirement is. Why not remove the subscription part to fully view the requirement? Then if I want to apply I can stump up the extra at that point!

Avoid!
Supply2gov (part of BIPS) constantly spam you with their upgrade offers, cyber essential offers anything else that BIPS sell. Create an account, ensure no marketing options are selected and within 5 days you'll start getting BIPS marketing from them.
Their published support "Helpdesk" number doesn't work (number unknown),
Have tried to opt out 20/30 times - still they email me. Can't stop them emailing me - will have to ask our IT team to blacklist their emails as seems to be the only way to stop them.
Only benefit of course is they send you emails to rate them on trust pilot - so here it is.
1) Don't market all your other services to people who didn't sign up to it
2) If you provide an un-subscribe link - when people put their email in to un-subscribe - do it!
3) If you are going to publish your help desk support number - at least make sure it works... 0845 2177804
