Despite requesting to cancel my subscription before it was due they made me pay another month. Not happy. Unfair.I have emailed them several times and they are just not cooperating.

I strongly believe that your business should get paid on results ( like all of us). Your search engine is complicated and often returns useless results. As a start up business I can ill afford to spend
money on your fees without more certainty of information that I can follow through to an order.

Sadly the free Supply2Gov Tenders option is so restrictive that it is of little use.

Information sent as possible opportunities, bear no resemblence to Business activity of the Company.

The tender alerts sent to us daily usually have no connection to our business.
A waste of everyone's time.
We would like this corrected.
TY.

Pointless unless you upgrade and pay. We sell software - so why would we be interested in only local tenders? Roofing and decorating of no interest! Initial intro made it look very much like it was an official NHS thing - unfortunately didn't twig it wasn't until too late in the procedure. Better just signing up to the free government protal.

Suggested tenders are never relevant to our services. Bombard you with emails about irrelevant opportunities. Poor platform.

Geographical areas for selection are way too small, and there is no option to change once selected without contacting the provider. It may be sensible to carve up London due to volume, but subsections of other regions are ridiculously tiny.

A good site that enables you to find the tenders relevant to your business.

Keep having to repeat same information. Site not easy to follow
